Most employees are wearing street clothes? Do sweatshirt hoods count as hats in the kitchen? Kind of a strange Wendy's. No one will take your order here. You must use the self serve kiosk. Tables were clean though.

Food was timed out. I have worked at Wendy’s before and I know fries and chicken are on a timer. The fries were cold, probably at least 5 minutes out of time, and the chicken nuggets were starting to get hard, at least 10 minutes out of time. Service is subpar. The drink machine was out of everything but Dr Pepper and Fanta. There were no lids to fit my
Cup out and ready, and if you needed ketchup, you better be prepared to just squirt it on a napkin. We were also told we could only order through the kiosk which would be fine if you could pay cash, but they were not allowing cash to be taken. They called numbers when food was completed, but the kiosk did not give a number or a receipt so how am I supposed to know when it’s my number? Maybe instead of goofing off in the back, they should try giving service a shot.

Food was good but drive through took forever to get through

My fries were cold, the advertised mobile app discounts didn’t work, and the drive-thru wait time was excessively long. To make matters worse, the manager (a bald, white man in his mid-30s) pretended to scan my app for rewards, only to admit it didn’t work after charging me full price. Five Guys is worth the extra money for better quality food and service.

Last night 12/1/24 I stopped in here at 6:30PM and ordered the Dave’s triple combo. The burger patties were cold and over salted and were obviously old as hell. They were not fresh and they were dried out like they had been sitting in a bin for hours. The burger was cold. The cheese was not even melted. This is the worst service I’ve ever gotten from Wendy’s and I love Wendy’s!! I was forced to use the kiosk machine to order which is fine, but he stated that they are shorthanded.

Terrible experience. They had 4 employees there, only 2 cars in the drive thru, an empty restaurant, we sat 10 minutes in the drive thru speaker without anyone taking our order. This is on Sunday December 1st 6pm, you guys need a new manager. We will never return.

Walking into this Wendy's, interactive with employees and just hearing the tone of their conversation should have been a red flag to just go somewhere else... I advise everyone to go elsewhere. (Everything was terrible & felt like I was on the wrong side of town)

The lady that was at the drive thru window was rude.. She was talking on the phone and when I said thank u she didn’t say anything back and turned away… My baked potato was hard and our food was cold.. Never going back

I've tried to order here twice, and both times they were out of what I ordered and refused to refund my order. They said that they were not able to cancel or refund orders placed through their app and that the customer had to do it (the app does not let you cancel an order once it's placed), but that was obviously a flat-out lie since both times they issued a refund after arguing for a while.

I've also never seen the dining room open. I'm hard of hearing and have trouble using the drive through, and that just made the issue worse.
