Watch them throw my food on the tray watch half of it hit the floor and was not asked if it could be swap with new fries and nugget please don't come here this place might make u sick

Asked for plain hamburger with no cheese. Got a cheeseburger with two slices of cheese? Come on, it's pretty simple. Fries and frosty were great though.

I stopped in today for a simple order, I asked for cheese on my number 6, and was charged for it, just for me not to receive it.
The fries were old and when I tried to call this place they did not answer. It goes to a voicemail that is full.
If you can avoid this location, please do. This is my second horrible experience here.

The absolute worst Wendy’s is somehow located in the best city. Never open the hours posted, never fresh food, drive thru never works, floors inside are sticky, and service is the absolute pits.

This is sad. No one to wait on me. I was told to go to machine to order an. I have no card. Soo no service this is bullshit. You should be taking care of your customers

I come to this location all the time and normally have no issues. However around 1230 I witnessed an elderly couple that wanted to pay cash for their order be told very rudely that they needed to use the kiosk or go through the drive thru. As I tried to explain they wanted to pay cash i was very rudely spoke to about how they don't have anyone that knows how to work the register except for the person running the drive through. As someone in management I find this behavior and excuse very unacceptable. This is prime lunch time hours and though I understand being short staffed to only have one person that knows how to run a register is absurd. And to expect and elderly couple to use technology that they're not familiar with, with no help except from other customers is just sad. Also glove has been on table while no one cleaning up the dinning room could be cause for board of health.

Slowest Wendy's in possibly the entire world. The workers don't work, they just hang out and talk to each other. Expect to spend 20+ minutes just to have your order taken, THEN maybe they'll start working on your food. Maybe.

Wish I would have checked the reviews first. Lobby covered in trash. Soda machine looks like a unicorn vomited in it. Stickiness to the floor says they haven’t mopped in days. Burger patty was cold, cheese not even melted. Employees not wearing hair nets. When I left one was just sitting on the front counter. Where is the health department.

Over 30 minute wait for food and we were the only customers. Lobby doors locked 3 hours before the lobby was supposed to close. Portions of our order were wrong and both burgers were burnt. One to the point where it wasn't eaten.

Came by at 11PM, hour before close 3/12. Out of chicken, bacon, and chili. I figured it was because I was late. So I got two burgers and fries. Burgers and fries were lukewarm, cheese not melted, burgers had obviously sat around for a while. They handed me the food immediately so it definitely wasn’t cooked. Which makes me wonder if they were “out” of those items or just didn’t want to make anything fresh. The lady taking my order could not have been more short with me if she tried. I didn’t have that high of expectations but yeesh.
