We have ordered many times from this location and have had more times than not where we did not receive our full order. Tried calling and they don’t answer their phone either. Make sure you double check your order before you leave the store. The fries are usually good but tonight they were awful and the chicken tenders overcooked. Disappointed and would not recommend at all.

I will never order from Wingstop Carmel again.
We placed a delivery order for a 40-piece wing pack on the day of the IU/Oregon game. The quoted delivery time was 30–45 minutes. We fully expected it to run longer given the game and high demand—but three hours is beyond unacceptable.
Our delivery driver arrived early and waited at the store for three full hours while Wingstop staff repeatedly told him they did not have our order or that it had been lost due to the volume of orders. After all of that waiting, we never even received our order.
What makes this even worse is that the order confirmation email instructs customers to call the store to cancel or modify an order. That would be helpful—if their phone actually worked. Wingstop Carmel does not answer calls or accept them at all. As a result, I was unable to cancel the order or receive a direct refund from the store.
I have now been forced to contact corporate and wait for a resolution because the local store is unreachable and incapable of fixing its own mistakes. Between the lost order, the three-hour wait, and receiving no food at all, this was one of the worst food delivery experiences I’ve ever had.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—order literally anywhere else.

They are amazing and they make extremely high quality food. I had an issue with accidentally purchasing food at a separate location who wouldn’t give me a refund for my food. They were extremely nice and gave me our entire order because of the issue. I have been ordering from them for so long and I have never had an issue. This made me love them even more!!

I had never tied Wingstop till a few months ago. Now I crave it weekly!!! This location always serves hot, perfectly cooked chicken wings!! I always do carryout and my wings are always still too hot to bite when I get them home. Staff is friendly and store is always clean. If you like Wingstop, this is a great location! And the hot honey dry rub is the absolute best flavor they have!! And I never even cared for dry rub wing flavors before because they seemed too dry.

I'm actually disgusted at the amount of feathers that were on my traditional wings. Completely lost my appetite when I saw this. Not to mention that the wings were incredibly dry.

The food is delicious but almost every time ive been to this place, the workers have been rude, or forgotten about my order for 30 minutes. Last time i went they didnt let me order in person and the worker walked away in the middle of me asking him a question. Go to a different location, the food is great though.

This is the second time that I’ve ordered my food over the phone and arrived to seeing that my order was never placed. Why give me an estimated time if you didn’t even put in my order and now I’m standing around in the lobby for 15 minutes.

I have never experienced Wingstop with no flavor. The wing sauce is tasted diluted, and they skimped out on fully seasoning the wings.
It felt as though they were trying to stretch their product, diluting it. After this experience, I think I will never eat another wings again I feel sick.

These guys do not care at all. Barely speak english, whole store is dirty. I once came in and they were blasting cricket match highlights full volume. I’m almost positive they increase the size of your order in an attempt to make more money, taking advantage of anxious people who won’t speak up about an increased price. Wingstop needs to stop franchising out their restaurants to groups of people with bad hygiene and customer services standards.
