The staff can barely speak english to understand any special requests or questions from the customer. Absolutely don't care if all the food is correct on the order either. Stressful experience, what a shame, I loved Wingstop in Florida.

I have never experienced Wingstop with no flavor. The wing sauce is tasted diluted, and they skimped out on fully seasoning the wings.
It felt as though they were trying to stretch their product, diluting it. After this experience, I think I will never eat another wings again I feel sick.

These guys do not care at all. Barely speak english, whole store is dirty. I once came in and they were blasting cricket match highlights full volume. I’m almost positive they increase the size of your order in an attempt to make more money, taking advantage of anxious people who won’t speak up about an increased price. Wingstop needs to stop franchising out their restaurants to groups of people with bad hygiene and customer services standards.

I am done with Wing stop! I have given them 3 changes and this is the last time they will get any of my money. Service terrible, food terrible and not to mention I waited for over an hour for my food. They had the nerve to be rude! I ordered online and it did not give me the option to add extra dipping sauce, I asked when my order was finally ready if I could order extra dipping sauce, the employee told me no, when not 2 steps away from him was a whole stack of sauces. Then he walked away from me. The other 2 times I went there the same employees which may also be the owners were rude and act as though they did not want my patronage.
Food is pitiful and wings are poorly season / sauced . The place is such a hit and miss it’s not worth my money anymore . They need to tighten up there business practices and stop being lazy by just refrying the chick to make it “fresh” we can taste when old chicken has been re dropped in the grease ! They also don’t read the online orders correctly ask for extra session then you get none get lemon Pepper chicken now somehow it’s on the fries too ?! Get it together !

Horrible experience. Ordered 15 wings. Guy misunderstood. Right after we paid I said wait a minute because it was $79 for the two of us. He refused to cancel our order… Basically forcing us to buy the 50 wings that we wanted 15. Fries were cold and soggy food is mediocre to bad, salty and oily. Terrible.
