Spent $35 for cold pizza breadsticks and boneless chicken wings which weren’t even the right kind only to be met with silence and non caring employees. I waited 25 minutes to order, my wife waited for 30 min for an incomplete order and I had to drive back to be ignored and finally get my cold non lemon pepper wings. Do not go there. There are many better places to take your money

Very disappointing. Pizza was very soggy and not very warm after waiting nearly 2 hours for delivery on Friday night. They do not answer their phones at all but they filter their calls into a system that put you on hold indefinitely and I have called them on multiple occasions with the same result. I was even told by another Pizza Hut that they are known to not answer their phone and to order online from that location. They have DoorDash deliver. They don’t even do their own

We got thin and crispy pizza which was supposed to be hand tossed and I ask for ranch to go with my buffalo wings and was told they don’t give ranch for wings and never have! Then what do you give ranch for? I’ve ordered Wong’s from this location several times and have always been given a ranch with my wings

We decided to give Pizza Hut one more chance and was surprised. This pizza was worse than the last two a few months ago that made us decide to not come back. It is paper thin, barely any cheese or sauce and as dry as the box it came in. I've been eating Pizza Hut for about 40 years and this was their last opportunity. We will not waste our money here again. Thankfully Noble Romans is back.

I spent $25 on 2 large pizzas made special. They came with NO sauce. Too bad you can't upload pics. This was SUPPOSED to be stuffed crust an pizza.. It was thin, cold, hard, and had NO sauce. So I get it, ppl make mistakes. So I called to let them know my order was incorrect and the guy says, "the manager made your order an he doesn't make mistakes"

This Pizza hut has the worst bread-sticks... I ordered them once and they were all burned and tasted awful I usually don't complain but pizza hut has the best breadsticks, I called and they gave me a credit on my account so I ordered them again the same thing! I didnt call to complain this time I just decided to not return, I am currently eating delicious Pizza Hut breadsticks from the one on Keystone at the crossings . It is sad yours is closer to me. Maybe look into it and see what you all are doing wrong.
