Spent $35 for cold pizza breadsticks and boneless chicken wings which weren’t even the right kind only to be met with silence and non caring employees. I waited 25 minutes to order, my wife waited for 30 min for an incomplete order and I had to drive back to be ignored and finally get my cold non lemon pepper wings. Do not go there. There are many better places to take your money

My second experience here in two months. Both experiences were horrible. Pizza Hut is usually great which is why I gave it a second chance but I shouldn't have. Stuffed crust pizza was delivered cold and the pan pizza was soggy. Garlic knots were hard and dry. I spent about $50 for this lousy food. It should be noted that they have a reputation for not answering their phones and they do not at all. They also do not accept coupons at this location. They use DoorDash to deliver your pizza as they do not have their own delivery staff. My previous experience was with carry out and it was not good food and the staff was not friendly and did not greet customers. They are not outgoing but very quiet and they don't look happy. All that said, I don't expect this location to be around much longer. You cannot run a business this way especially in Carmel. People will go elsewhere and get better service all the way around. Please save your money and don't waste your time.

Very disappointing. Pizza was very soggy and not very warm after waiting nearly 2 hours for delivery on Friday night. They do not answer their phones at all but they filter their calls into a system that put you on hold indefinitely and I have called them on multiple occasions with the same result. I was even told by another Pizza Hut that they are known to not answer their phone and to order online from that location. They have DoorDash deliver. They don’t even do their own

i'm saying this to hopefully help this restaurant. the pizza you guys make is incredible but my lord this place lacks management. the manager ignores his employees when they try to ask him anything. pizzas were getting burnt and the wait time is insane. everyone in here is running around like they have no idea what they're doing.

For me, the brilliance of Pizza Hut lies largely in its nostalgia. Papa John's was reserved for gatherings: birthday parties, school pizza parties, you name it. When you had to feed the hungry young masses, the Papa was your savior. But out here in the Midwest (and across the nation), Pizza Hut carries one distinct advantage: it serves personal pan pizzas. These are the pizzas we'd be treated to on our drives back home from one of many classes, on the rare occasion we weren't sitting down to a home-cooked dinner. And when I returned to the US just a few months ago, this was the pizza I was most looking forward to eating again. It's just as I remember it: buttery yet not-rich, airy, surprisingly light yet filling crust. An abundance of veggies, all well-integrated, sitting atop a balanced marinara sauce. It's kind of the perfect pan pizza, truth be told, and this was no different. If the eatery had given me some red pepper flakes and Parmesan packets, this would've gotten a solid 5 stars. But for a fast food pizza place, it delivers.

Don't order from here. Tonight i figured I'd give them a try since the place i usually go is temporarily closed. I just ordered a box of breadsticks and they were rock hard to the point you couldnt bite into them, there was also hair in the garlic sauce. I was pretty disappointed. I had ordered them an hour before they were delivered and at that point there was 15 minutes before they closed, so i decided to call to see if i could get a refund and before i could even explain why, the person on the phone hung up. Attempted to call back and didn't hear from them. Absolutely disgusting and terrible service & waste of money.

Took advantage of the $7.99 3 topping deal, upgraded to Stuffed Crust for extra $2. Order for a pickup. Pizza came out right on time. Pizza taste delicious. Satisfied with my order tonight, Applause to the two young men who working tonight. Job well done. Keep up the good work!

We asked for hand tossed and got thin and crispy. I asked for a ranch for my buffalo Wong's and was told no that they don't give ranch for Wong's and never have. What? I've ordered Wings from them plenary of times and have never been told 1 ranch is extra cost. I guess if keeping your .10$ ranch is worth my business then keep it. We will not be back for a while.

We got thin and crispy pizza which was supposed to be hand tossed and I ask for ranch to go with my buffalo wings and was told they don’t give ranch for wings and never have! Then what do you give ranch for? I’ve ordered Wong’s from this location several times and have always been given a ranch with my wings
Next time I order Buffalo wings please actually put BUFFALO SAUCE on them! SMH!!!

We tried to get delivery of one of their deals they have going on. They said they couldn't deliver to our side of the street. After 3 phone calls and a bunch of arguing, they said no one else could either. Finally they decided to do it, but rudely announced that won't do it again. And they refused to honor their deal. I won't be going to any Pizza Huts again. There are way better places with far less problems.

We decided to give Pizza Hut one more chance and was surprised. This pizza was worse than the last two a few months ago that made us decide to not come back. It is paper thin, barely any cheese or sauce and as dry as the box it came in. I've been eating Pizza Hut for about 40 years and this was their last opportunity. We will not waste our money here again. Thankfully Noble Romans is back.
