Twice this week they have messed up simple orders. A hot Chai tea latte that was iced when it was delivered, and now an Earl Gray tea latte that just turned out to be straight tea. I had the first delivered to my workplace. The second mistake was from drive-thru that I didn't taste until I got to work. In both cases I can't just leave and go there to fix the problem.

Favorite local coffee place. Drinks are consistently excellent and you get more for less $ than other local spots. Love the coupons available either at the drive-thru or via mail, and the weekly specials for an extra shot or bogo for $1 are great!

Walk up or drive thru windows. You can sit outside...not inside. I kinda like that idea..but not on rainy days when I have work on my laptop to do.
Dietary restrictions: Plenty of milk alternatives..
I come here every single day it’s been my hyper fixation for the last few months, I have autism and every single time I’m asked “would you like to leave a tip, no pressure” It makes me extremely uncomfortable I have trouble saying no. I tipped and they didn’t even get my order correct. Overall a terrible experience for me.

Love this place, great workers and great coffee. But PLEASE stop verbally asking if you want customers to add a tip to the card payment. It makes things very uncomfortable and awkward. Tipping etiquette has gotten way out of control.

I love getting my morning large black iced coffee from BIGGBY Coffee Cedar Lake. Baristas are always sweet, pleasant, helpful and most of all smiling. The owner, Donna leads by example because she is so friendly and also smiling. The coffee is really good as well! ??
It is nice to have a drive through coffee place in town. Just wish they could work the kinks out to speed up the line. Expect to be in line for at least 10 minutes or more when ordering.

Coffee is ok. Taste is very watered down. Price is definitely not worth it. Just go to the Dunkin' down the street.

While their place has a million different flavor combos they are actually quite expensive. I like to order online at places so my specifications are typed out instead of relying on someone getting what I say correct. I did online ordering 2 days in a row and BOTH days my order was not correct. First I paid for extra cream cheese and when I went to eat my ciabatta it barely had any on it. Today my coffee was missing the whipped cream and toppings and I had to give it back for them to put it on. I'm not sure if someone is not paying attention but I've given them a few chances I think I'm done with them.Edit: I see that biggby responded and says they only put whip cream on when requested if ordered a sugar free drink. This is WHY I ordered online. So clearly someone there is not READING the online orders. If there was a question about the order ASK the customer before you give them something they specifically did not order.Also no mention from them of charging me almost $1 more for extra cream cheese and getting barely anything ????

Check your order before leaving!!How you mess up a plain ham. & cheese bagel, idk. They managed to get a large black coffee correct so 2 stars for that.
