Love this place, great workers and great coffee. But PLEASE stop verbally asking if you want customers to add a tip to the card payment. It makes things very uncomfortable and awkward. Tipping etiquette has gotten way out of control.

I love getting my morning large black iced coffee from BIGGBY Coffee Cedar Lake. Baristas are always sweet, pleasant, helpful and most of all smiling. The owner, Donna leads by example because she is so friendly and also smiling. The coffee is really good as well! ??

It is nice to have a drive through coffee place in town. Just wish they could work the kinks out to speed up the line. Expect to be in line for at least 10 minutes or more when ordering.

Coffee is ok. Taste is very watered down. Price is definitely not worth it. Just go to the Dunkin' down the street.

While their place has a million different flavor combos they are actually quite expensive. I like to order online at places so my specifications are typed out instead of relying on someone getting what I say correct. I did online ordering 2 days in a row and BOTH days my order was not correct. First I paid for extra cream cheese and when I went to eat my ciabatta it barely had any on it. Today my coffee was missing the whipped cream and toppings and I had to give it back for them to put it on. I'm not sure if someone is not paying attention but I've given them a few chances I think I'm done with them.Edit: I see that biggby responded and says they only put whip cream on when requested if ordered a sugar free drink. This is WHY I ordered online. So clearly someone there is not READING the online orders. If there was a question about the order ASK the customer before you give them something they specifically did not order.Also no mention from them of charging me almost $1 more for extra cream cheese and getting barely anything ????

Guess they hire anyone bc the girl i had was rude af. I live 2 minutes from this one but I'll definitely be driving 15 to starbucks instead lol.

I went there today for a iced chai latte tea and it was the worst I have ever had. I ordered chai latte from the other coffee chain and I love it. Thought I'd give them a try. It was horrible did not taste like chai tea at all. Tasted like creamy sweet milk no spice to it at all I went back, and I told them that I did not like the taste of it. It didn't taste like chai at all. They try to alter the drink by putting more syrup in it and cinnamon and it was even worse so I told her just forget it I would rather have another drink and she said the owner does not allow them to do that if you don't like the taste of the drink, I said well then you can tell your owner. I will never come here again needless to say I threw it away, also threw away seven dollars for a drink. I'll stick with Starbucks thank you I would not recommend this place at all.
Check your order before leaving!!How you mess up a plain ham. & cheese bagel, idk. They managed to get a large black coffee correct so 2 stars for that.

Absolutely nothing special about this chain drive thru coffee. Asked for extra toasted bagel. Didn't happen. Twice I received a cold in the middle breakfast sandwich. First time cold in very center and second time, half the sandwich was cold. Tired of these little entitled creatures who don't know basic customer service. Or maybe it's because I refuse to tip. Patronize your local coffee shop. This place can bounce.

Biggby Coffee the newest addition to Lincoln Plaza in Cedar Lake! This is the former Jamba Juice location that is no longer there anymore. It has a drive thru or you can park and go in right in front. Went in for a Grand Opening Special where any drink was $1.99. Line was unbelievably long, so Biggby Coffee is very well received in Cedar Lake which has been growing fast and happy to see new businesses open. I decided on a hot Snow Bar Latte with whipped cream since that was the special for the day to make it easier on them as there were double digit cars in line as well as a long line out the door. It was very tasty, the cream melted because of the line so will go back on a normal day. On the drive-thru menu I noticed a selection of sandwich type options as well. I noticed that nutrition information is online. All in all, good service, easy to access in the new shopping mall, easy parking and a take-out ordering window in the back of the building which is approachable from the right side of the building. #BiggbyCoffee #CedarLakeCoffeeParking: Pull right up to the front of the store.

This is the first specialty coffee place that I really love! They really seem to take the time making your coffee so that it is excellent! So glad Biggby came to our area!
