Showed up before close, ordered a cotton candy Blizzard with cotton candy dip — they forgot the dip. Came back around, and the girl immediately says “we’re closed” before we even finished speaking. Told her there’s no dip and she lies to our face saying “there’s a little on there.” There wasn’t. No apology, no fix, no effort. When we originally got the order, I said thank you — she said nothing and just walked off. If you’re in such a rush to leave, don’t bother staying open. Embarrassing.

Food is usually good but service is VERY slow when it comes to fulfilling orders, no matter how simple or how busy/slow it is, to the point of not wanting to return.

Gave us the wrong blizzard, and maybe 10 fries with the smallest most miniscule tenders. It was all cold.

I love banana split. Makes me happy just like my stuffed animal.

I asked for a cup of water and they refused saying I had to pay for a cup of water. I thought it was ridiculous. It was $3.41 for water. Then I see an employee with a thermos fill his own cup FULL with whatever he wants. Ridiculous.

After reopening we went for 2 banana splits. There was more whipped cream than anything. Each lump of ice cream was about a tablespoon and barely had sauces on it. Very disappointed and may drive to St. John DQ in the future.

This location is one of the best.

Small cones had barely any ice cream for over $3 each. Cones were stale and one had a hole in the bottom. Service in the drive thru could have cared less. This used to be one of the better DQs around but appears to be sliding downhill

I arrived in the drive thru line at 9:55, 5 minutes before close. I watched 2 employees open the back door, look to see how many cars were outside (there was a line of a couple cars that had just ordered ahead of me but I was the last car in line and the only car in the line that hadn’t ordered yet). They turned the menu board light off just before the line moved and I pulled up to it. It was 10:01, and I understand you close at 10:00 but I was in that line 5 minutes before close. The thing I’m most upset about is that neither of the employees who looked out and saw me in that line had the decency to say anything to me, and neither did any of the employees over the speaker when I pulled up to the menu board. Just silence. Someone could have said “I’m so sorry but we can’t take any more orders”, but instead chose to ignore me. Crazy lack in customer service. Again I understand you close at 10:00, but I arrived before closing. Unacceptable.
