Every thing was fine until all of the hidden charges at the end. When someone asks for more chips and salsa your immediate response should be itâs an extra charge instead of trying to hide it on a non itemized receipt. When we asked about it we were literally yelled at about how itâs on the back of the menu ok well most Mexican restaurants and even the other el jimadors donât charge for extra chips and salsa considering we got queso I would think the chips came with that. The server that argued with us and was extremely rude to us wasnât even our server and ruined the tip for the man taking care of us I normally never stiff anyone but after being yelled at on my birthday when I was being respectful while asking about all these hidden charges youâre not getting an extra dollar out of me. Also the portion of chips you get for an extra charge is super small. Learn some customer service skills quit yelling at people when theyâre asking about their non itemized receipt if you have to yell like that and be this defensive I would assume youâre being dishonest.

Where do I even begin! Our server did not care that we were even there! I am simply writing this review to warn others to not come to this establishment. We had to ask for every re-fill of our drinks/ chips. Our server forgot all the things we asked for on the side (two orders of sour cream). I personally ate my entire meal without a drink. Our queso went cold because she kept brining us very small chip baskets that were barely full (We got charged a dollar for every basket and weâre not told this until the end). Our server only came to our table when we asked her to get something never because she was checking on us. My group had already decided we were going to tip less than we normally do because the service was rough (two of us work in restaurants) when my sister went up to pay and our bill was more than she expected. Turns out we were charged for sour cream that never came, every basket of chips, and sauces that came in a bottle. Thatâs like being charged for ketchup at a burger joint⊠The receipt was also NOT itemized, the only way my sister discovered this was when she asked why the bill was so expensive. Thatâs when they then explained all the little charges we had no clue about. We knew coming in that we had to pay on one check per the signs on the walls but we did not know about all the little charges that they were trying to sweep under the rug without us noticing. With the bad service and the dishonest behavior we sadly had to leave no tip which hurts as a service worker, but maybe next time they will learn. Iâll leave my tip here, do better next time. The only reason I gave such a low rating is that they were supposed to open at 10am. We arrived at 1030 and no one was there to open the restaurant. I even called them and the phone just rang and rang. Oh well, we took out business elsewhere. Ăź We've loved this place since they opened but dont know what happened this time

My dinner was overcooked or just dry I had chicken burrito dinner asked for extra meat cheese disnt get but my daughter steak burrito dinner was really good
Ordered a plate of four 10" burritos for $17.99; two beef and two chicken. 98% of the beef burritos only contained the greasy beef with no vegetables nor sauces as described in the menu. Felt like the leftover meat, along with the very few vegetables remaining, were to used to create my burritos before that cook left work for the evening. Chicken burritos seemed to only provide a thin layer of lettuce. No tomato nor sauce nor anything else. Charging the restaurant customer $18 for a scrap-burrito you would feed to a pet-dog is pretty ghetto, and basically the same as stealing from the customer.

Ordered a beef taco when I got home. The thing was just soaked in grease. They must have used a ladle and scoop from the bottom of the barrel. Even the wrap that it was encased in had deteriorated from the grease not going to go back.
