Ordered a couple of pizzas, one was wrong because they added black olives. We called to ask for a new one and they said they can give us a credit and they'll send a new one to us, it should only take about 25 minutes, cool! Over an hour later, no food and they finally messaged us saying they doordashed our order which took even longer to get to us. Terrible customer service on there part as the first person on the phone had no idea what to do, then spoke to the manager who did tried to help us, but then everything after that took place.After getting our replacement pizza, it was over run with wet toppings and the dough wasn't completely cooked, I scraped the toppings off and just ate that.Terrible service and will not be returning for a while

Forgot part of my order and they don't do refunds so it was either wait or get a store credit (yayyy) manager is always hard to deal with they never own up to their mistakes theres always an excuse as to why their service

Spent 27.00 on a medium pizza that look like a small had 8 pieces only if I was going to spend 27.00 on a pizza it would have been a real pizza place not this garbage never again save your money people

I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. They have repeatedly messed up our orders, and, when getting delivery, they are never on time. Tonight, our food was over a half hour late, because they don't have delivery drivers. Get your act together. Maybe call people back when they apply for jobs, because I know a few people who have applied as drivers, and never got called back. Also, sizes are too small for the price.

Pretty dissapointed. I have never been a big fan of Pizza Hut, but we moved from Valpo to Cedar Lake and there's no Domino's around here, so we had to make the switch. Fortunately, Pizza Hut has the BEST mozzarella sticks in the game so I usually order those and I'm happy. Last night, my husband and I were feeling lazy so we hopped on the app and I got him his medium Pepperoni lovers (which PH you're really slacking on the pepperoni ok), bread sticks, and motz sticks. But I was feeling adventurous last night and decided to get a medium bacon, ham, and mushroom Pizza (I just recently learned I like this combo WAY more than just sausage). Pizza order is placed, delivery goes smooth, and the pizza is AMAZING. I'm sitting there eating this pizza thinking "Maybe Pizza Hut isnt all that bad. This is one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time." I was ready to put Pizza Hut over Domino's! Until the cramps started...I had to sleep on the couch last night so I didn't wake my poor husband every time I got out of bed to go to the bathroom. It's 1:43pm the next day and I'm drinking peppermint tea to help. I'm literally drained. The cramps have not stopped but there's nothing left to come out. I feel a little hurt. I thought Pizza Hut and I were about to have something, but that's what I get for turning my back on Domino's. 3 stars bc that pizza was really good, and the mozzarella sticks are still the best.

The food was prepared correctly hot the staff was courteous and pleasant the facility was clean and I was in and out like they said the food be ready in 15 to 20 minutes I arrived 25 minutes and everything was spot on
