What can I say, The Amish have the best baked goods 😀

First of all the website is completely misleading, it says they have a “Premium Deli”, that’s not true at all because this self-labelled bakery doesn’t even have bread to sell you. Secondly their staff was rude, when I asked about their website listed “deli sandwiches” they just snapped at me “no” like I asked if they were a Burger King or something, which on a side note, would have been a better place to wander into because at least they actually have bread. On top of the completely misleading website and rude staff the entire store itself is just a luxury version of the country store at Cracker Barrel, which once again, would be a much better place to go because at least they sell bread, unlike this “bakery”.

Toni & Kim are the best!! So friendly & kind! They welcome you in & make you feel like family every time!
Best bakery - donuts are amazing, great coffee, the selection & variety is awesome & for a bakery to have gluten-free items is SO nice!!
This is my favorite bakery and I recommend it to everyone, Even though who are gluten-free!
You will be happy you stopped here and you will make it a regular place to come to!
The outside seating is really nice too!

Employees are always friendly. Bakery items are the best. Love the doughnuts and cinnamon rolls.

Delicious donuts!! Always fresh and friendly staff

We go every time we visit .. best fresh baked goods. Donuts, several different cinnamon rolls, bread.There are so many yummy things. They also have a few things likes jams, relishes and my sister picks up her tiny tenders popcorn to take back home. They have coffee and a few tables to sit and enjoy eating in if you'd like.

Love their doughnuts. Love the service. Coffee needs an upgrade. Everything else is such high quality not sure why the coffee is eh. Great business with great values. Lots of other products you wouldn't think a bakery would have. Always worth the stop.

I went to this bakery because I love it. I drove all the way from Illinois to get it. It’s 1130 on a Saturday morning. They stay open till seven. I walk in. They have six donuts left for some reason. The two ladies behind the counter did not want me to interrupt their conversation when I was going to ask them, a question says it is all you have left. Are you going to make anymore? They said I was like open till 7 PM. It’s 11 o’clock in the morning they said yup no we’re not making anymore so I drove a good hour and a half to come to the bakery specially to get absolutely nothing very sad. Why not close then when you sell out or make more donuts since you stay open till seven

Rise'n Roll bakeries are the best in terms of taste and all-naturalness. While other chain stores fill their donuts with artificial ingredients, Rise'n Roll has managed to keep its bakery products all-natural and reasonably priced. What I particularly appreciate about the Cedar Lake location is that they still have donuts available by noon or 1 p.m., which is usually the earliest I can get there. The staff at every location I’ve visited have always been great.
