I would never recommend this business to anyone. We used their online reservations process to rent a pontoon for the day. We have rented other luxury pontoons in various places. Never had a problem bring our small dog with us. We reviewed the rules and prohibitions carefully on the pontoon we were reserving. No mention of dogs.

We went out and rented kayaks for the day (4hrs). Less than two hours into kayaking my husbands kayak sank. Luckily he wasn’t to far from the bank. But he did lose his phone. Me and my daughter had to kayak all the way back to the marina to get help. If my husband wouldn’t of ask for his money back we wouldn’t of got that. We just bought our new pontoon from Hoosier hills. The experience was wonderful. Victor handled everything from start to finish. Never rushing us once. I’ve been in retail over 30 years and this was some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. If your looking a new boat this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed.
