Generally, I am a big fan of McDonald's. However, the situation at the McDonald's in Charlestown Indiana last night (12/17/24) was ridiculous!! Unfortunately, we were behind a woman in the drive thru who took more than 20 minutes to place her order!!! This caused backed up customers in BOTH lanes. We were hemmed in and couldn't get out of the line. I finally went to the cars behind us and asked if they would mine backing up, so we could get leave. They were happy to do that...read full review
ordered a plain quater pound cheese burger. I ask for one BBQ sauce and was charged for it. They saved money on all the ingredients they didn't put on it but the greed of the owner is showing.
they don't care about customers anymore. instead of having you do it at the counters they only want you use the kiosk. there is no customer service whatsoever. I'm sorry that should be an option instead of a have too. so fed up
