Very friendly service food is good and fast will be back
How about improving your management, people and social skills instead of calling your employees stupid and making them feel embarrassed in front of a customer. Thankfully that lady was way kinder than your establishment and NO ONE is not suitable to work for your run down Jap steakhouse. Btw Kansai is better
Food is usually always good. Service is great. But wait time for food is not where it should be. I came at a time when no one else was there and it was at least 5 minutes before the they started to make my food.

Yamato Japanese Steak House offers good food from nice people, with a clean and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant serves hot, fresh food, and the soup is amazing. The yum yum sauce is very good. Good Sushi and Good Bento Box are recommended, but the Fried rice is literally just rice with little or no seasoning, maybe 1/2 an egg, and no veggies. The Shrimp Fried Rice was $13 for a box of basically-plain rice plus 7 medium sizes shrimp on top. The Onion Soup has no substance. Many enjoy the chicken hibachi with vegetables and a kids order is the perfect portion. Prices are reasonable. Steak and fried rice, spicy tuna roll, and sashimi are also delicious. However, service can be inconsistent. One experience involved a 15 to 20 minute wait to find out an order could not be filled, with loud staff who attempted to give a substitute instead of a menu. Another reviewer had an issue with an online order, but the owner intervened to make the situation right.
