Theft in plain sight, the ordered through the drive through and when I picked my food up the lady gave me the food and stuck the card reader out the window telling me the total was 15 dollars since she was holding it high and I thought nothing of it I scanned my card and pulled off. When I looked at the receipt she had tacked on a $5 dollar tip!! I did not authorize this. This is theft in its finest and disgusting, I guess we are making dishonesty the norm now

The lady making the sandwich spoke broken English and was so rude. I left, she raised her voice and was awful. I will never go back to that location. I will call and make a formal complaint with the management or owner. She had no name tag on. When did the costumer become the one in the wrong?

I go here every day for lunch and they always are ready to sever me with a smile on their faces.
They had a delivery truck in the drive-thru. They could have made me wait and come inside, however, a worker took my order anyway (despite how hectic it was behind the scenes), she remember my oreder by heart, and got everything right. 5 stars and i will return because of the customer service
