Had a breakfast sandwich. It was pretty good. Ordered online so it was ready when I walked in. Unfortunately, no coffee. That just means I had to make 2 stops instead of one. Too bad.

This is my first time at this location since the other one closed down. I ordered a large coke and a foot long turkey with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, banana peppers with mayo and salt and pepper. The coke was missing nearly half. I did not get banana peppers or salt and pepper on my sand which like I asked. If the person at the drive through doesn’t repeat them self after the customer orders how will the employee know they got it right? I don’t recommend the drive through. Atleast when you are inside ordering you can correct the mistakes because it’s happening in front of you. I think I will stick with sellerburg subway for now on. I just liked the convenience of the drive through at the Charlestown location. Not worth it when your order is wrong.

We just ordered 3 footlongs and are all VERY disappointed. I've never paid so much for so little. Are you guys low on meat or do you just like stealing from your customers? I'll take my business to Sellersburg next time.

I think I left a pretty hasty review when they were at their past location but now things seem to have majorly improved. I've ordered from location about 4 times and have never been let down. I did get a sandwich with a bit too much ranch on it once but since then have started using the special requests box to ask them not to overdo the ranch and its been perfect since. They do actually read them too. The workers have always been kind and genuine and seem to really enjoy their work.

I have tried to go to the location 3 times now. And every time I can't get anyone to come to the speaker drive through. I even pulled app this time to the window and waited 20 minutes and still nobody came to the window. I understand if you're short handed, but this is a huge inconvenience to the customer. Just simply put, a sign in the driver's stating to come in. Not make us wait and wonder what's going on

Seems clean. Only issue ever had was employees not understanding what i wanted to order even though order it online for pick up often. I just order online now and pick up in store to avoid confusion. Always get it right that way.

I've ordered from this location twice via the app, and I'm convinced that either they can't read or they just don't care, because neither time did they get my order correct. Yes they offer to remake it if I return that day, or even the next day. It shouldn't be that way, the subs I've chosen are nothing special, why can't they get it right if I order off the app??

I was at the store yesterday and my services was great! I believe Sean is the guy who made my sandwich! But other than that I’d have to say I’m very dissatisfied with the store, it was very nasty on the store there was even a hair on the counter. There was a guy that had very bushy hair and no hat and he also kept hitting his vape pen in the front on the line. I asked what his name was and I believe his name was Brad, only people who had name tags was Sean and the females in the store the other to guys had no name tags so I wasn’t about to catch there names. One lady Linda I believe is how you spell her name had to be asked to clean because she was just standing around doing nothing. I’m not happy and I’m not sure I’ll be back unless they can get staff under control and the store cleaned better.
