Went thru the Drive thru to place an order. No one else was in line. The lady who took my order was rude. I placed my order and said Thank you. No response. I drove up to pay and waited for about 5 minutes. When I paid, nothing was said. She just handed me my food. Asked in a crappy mood if I wanted any sauce. This location was at Chesterton, Indianaon 5/26/24.
Went to the drive-thru to grab some sandwiches. We waited forever before they even acknowledged us and took our order. Finally ordered and waited again. From the time we arrived at the speaker until the time we received food, we waited 26 minutes total. I am a patient person and I don't mind waiting for fresh food, but the food wasn't even fresh. I worked here for about three weeks. They hired me when they started remodeling the lobby, then they would continuously call me off and then schedule me for days that I was actually scheduled off on. When I first walked in to do my paperwork one of the managers saw my scars on my arm and told me to wear long sleeves, I let her commit slide. But when I quit I got a nasty response from the same manager Lizzy calling me immature and irrelevant. They do not follow child labor laws...read full review
