We came to 10 West tonight to try the new menu and we were not disappointed. The homemade tartar sauce for the new fish and chips is outstanding. Their pizza was is on special for $12 Tuesdays. We tried the meat lovers and it was very satisfying. Plenty of toppings and a tasty crust. The back and bleu dry rub wings appetizer was also noteworthy. Get the homemade bleu cheese dressing for dipping. The boys both had burgers they smashed. The atmosphere was cozy and we received very warm, inviting service from Amy. Great place for date night or to take the family.

Terrible service and food to match. The ribeye was tough, overcooked, and lacked any type of seasoning. I unfortunately can’t recommend.

Wow, we had a great time at 10 West in Cicero this past weekend. We sat in the basement room (21 and over) - had a couple drinks from the drinks menu, absolutely delicious. The Dubai Chocolate Martini is heavenly. Had the dry rub chicken wings as an appetizer & as a lover of wings I recommend the black & blue - YUM. Fish & chips has been added to menu, my wife loved that it was lightly breaded, crispy and “piping” hot. The home made tartar saw was sooooo much better than others we’ve tried. It’s all about the little details! Service was fantastic and a great value for the money.

We were seated at the worst possible table by the entry door. Of course it was single digits outside and our table would get a blast of cold air every time the door opened which was frequent on a Saturday night. No one should be seated at that location. There were plenty of other open tables and we had a reservation

Interesting brunch options-all very tasty-omelets on the smaller side by today's standards but adequate and very tasty nonetheless. Creamed corn in an omelette was novel and the peach cobbler French toast was rich but fabulous-we chose to share one sweet and one savory and it was great

10 west was always one of our favorites spots when my wife lived in Cicero. Tonight you could tell something has changed. Their menus are falling apart, our server took about 15 minutes to greet us and get a single glass of wine. He seamed very irritated by us and that we had our 2 year old with us. He even once made a comment very rudely saying that is the second time she's touched be and jumped back like she was diseased. It took 30 minutes for our spinached dip to come out. 45 minutes after we were sat server came by to tell us that what I ordered they don't have. Why did it take that long to figure that out? Also why wouldn't a manager deliver that information? After it took 45 minutes for kitchen to discover they didn't have what I order it took another 30 minutes to overcook my medium rare steak I ordered in place of my orginal order. When food final came out after over and hour and 15 minutes my wife's food was cold. By this time we just wanted to leave. Order a Togo burger for my son also took another 30 minutes to come out. Restaurant didn't close till 10pm but at 7:45 our area was empty and food still took forever to come out. Never got drink refill, never had a manager stop by to check on us and only 1 stop by of server on how food was. Very sad to see one of our favorites spots clearly be going down hill. You can tell by being emptied on a Saturday night before 8pm that something is changing.

Our friends ordered salmon with a salad. They said it was 4 oz, but it was so thin and dry. My steak was good and at a good price. Our server was not very welcoming or friendly.

This use to be one of my favorite places to eat.
It sold or changed hands and it shows.
The hamburgers are frozen patties now. Shrimp was super chew, it’s just not the same.
They use to have the best bread not any more.. We were extremely sadden by this.

Been here many times, last time that we went, the food portions have been sliced in half, the quality is not great anymore, and is under new management or the existing management has become stingy. We ordered a steak that was undercooked, filled with gristle, the shrimp appetizer used to have a perfect amount in it for 14$ but now it had six pieces of shrimp. I am very disappointed with this place as it has been life blood of Cicero. Please go back to the old way of portions and cooking or you will loose a large amount of your client base. Thank you

This was my third visit here with the first 2 being over a year ago. I won't go back. We had a party of 8 meet for a birthday party upon my recommendation about how good the food was. We were definitely disappointed. The service was really slow with dinner taking over 2 hours to complete. The food was not good. My daughter and I both got the bacon wrapped shrimp because we loved it previously. Both orders were undercooked and my bacon was raw and chewy. They were cool when served. I took a bite and it was so chewy and squishy that I had to spit it out. We asked for hers to be put back on the grill and when it came back out it was still cold. Not sure it they even did it. She didn't eat hers and I asked for them not to remake mine as my stomach had turned from my bite. Everyone else's food was subpar as well. My sisters tacos were served with just meat and no toppings. I thought ordering dessert to go would redeem the meal as I remembered their cheesecake being amazing. When I got home and took a bite it was awful and I threw it away. It tasted like an entire bottle of almond extract was in there. Very sad for a very expensive dinner. The server was nice but that was about the only positive.

Live nearby and had same experience as SH and Ben in below reviews. Bad food & surly male waiter for Sunday brunch who actually laughed at my request. We hear there are new owners, so perhaps that is the problem. Not going back. And our friends who joined us said the same.

Went for our traditional New Year's Eve dinner. Good as usual, although my wife noticed they no longer provide the cream corn with the dinners and for her that's apparently a big deal.

We were seated at 7:45. Service was a bit slow with a long wait for drinks. We then ordered our meals about 8:30. Salads came out but no entrees. Our waitress was slow to come to our table. We voiced our complaints multiple times. Finally a manager came over apologizing and saying 5-7 minutes. We said so you lost out ticket in the kitchen? Tables were seated, ate and left before we ever got answers to the delay. While we considered just getting up and leaving, we waited. We were finally served after 10pm. Orders were mixed, food was cold. The manager comp'd our meal (6 of us), but honestly not going back again. The worst New Year's Eve dinner ever.

We started the evening out poorly, being seated after 7:30 for a 7:00 reservation. Then a few more snafus... served the wrong mocktail, appetizer delivered with panko even after ordering without (do not eat gluten!) and our steaks were mixed up when plated. Overall not a terrible experience but worth the 30 minute drive.
