Not what it used to be :-( Bread = tiny small rolls, burnt & tasteless to where it used to be loaf of bread that was very tasty. Salad = chunks of iceburg lettuce to where it used to be a nice spring mix, dressing served like every other restaurant in a small compote to where it used to be served in a silver boat. Meal - salmon that was not cooked thoroughly, so only ate the top & bottom other meal was walleye which wasn't up to their usual standard. Everything delivered by the staff who cleaned tables, not saying this is bad but not what it used to be. Not very many people in the restaurant, to where it used to be packed - really full. We have to wonder, new chef? Definitely not what it used to be & we've decided to unfortunately not go back. When our reservation was made earlier in the day, it should have been a clue as all the time slots were available & we thought it was our lucky day to be able to book our time we could be there. Not worth the price paid!
We love this place. Drinks are great and the food. It's our favorite place to come, we order drinks, lots of appetizers, and enjoy the company that we bring. Sometimes it's just the two of us, sometimes it's our kids - - - - but every time service is excellent, never feel rushed, and definitely worth it!
Steak was great... Service was average... Paid premium for asparagus that was not good (stocky thick,non-tender). Mentioned it to wait staff with no reply... and I told him about how good the steak was first because I'm not much of a complainer. I like this restaurant and their other one in Noblesville as well. Two different kinds of cheesecake for dessert and shared with my lovely wife...that were delicious.
Service was very good. Lexie made suggestions, checked on us regularly and brought out refills. Dirty dishes were removed promptly and bills were settled quickly. Food was average and portions were small. Beef tips had 4 small pieces of meat that were not tender. Chicken and noodles hardly had any chicken and small scoop of potatoes. Love the ambience, but the food quality has definitely gone down.
I was suprised at how many empty tables there were for a Friday night, it used to be packed in there. My husband said his steak was very good, a little pricey but good flavor. The chicken Marsala was okay, but there were hardly any mushrooms. For $24 I do not think it was worth it. Our server wqs fantastic and the manager came by to check on us.
It was a nice evening. Very a low service - but we were not in a hurry. Uneventful food. Nice waitress. Dirty, worn menus.
Our first (and last) experience under new ownership. Ribeye was greasy and tasteless. Nachos left a lot to be desired. New owners should take heed of the old saying if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Not worth the nearly $100 for two people.
Ten West has been our go-to on Saturday Nights for years. Recently, some of the reasons that kept us coming have changed. Last Saturday, the restaurant was barely half full. Our server was friendly, and attentive..But... twenty minutes to get our salads (without the 1000 Island dressing that was my favorite) is a little puzzling..yet not nearly as questionable as waiting nearly an hour for our entrees. Our drinks were served with out coctail napkins, which resulted getting dripped on every time we took a sip. After asking, our server brought us cocktail napkins and let us know that we can request them??? And while I'm at it...whose idea was it to take 1000 island dressing off the menu. Does anyone actually like Green Goddess??? AND... white bread instead of everyone's favorite sourdough? Last year, when we moved to Cicero, one of the things we liked was being closer to 10 West..our favorite restaurant! ( still is).. Please don't make too many more changes...I"d hate to have to find a new Saturday night go-to restaurant!
Food was excellent. Our party enjoyed the crab stuffed shrimp and some cocktails including the Spring Mojito (yum!). Our entrees were amazing: Husband had a Caesar salad, the peppercorn steak, and a baked potato; my dad enjoyed a Caesar salad, a filet, and a baked potato (dad said it was a nice change to eat at a restaurant that understood what medium rare was supposed to be and knew how to dress a Caesar salad!); and I had a house salad and the gumbo, which did not disappoint. We were too full to try any dessert, but will leave room on our next visit!
We sat in the basement, it's always lovely down there, cool and quiet. Our server was delightful as was the food. We all had the Wed steak special and I heard no complaints. Always good food!

10 West has always been one of our favorite spots but tonight was disappointing. Our server was phenomenal but the food was subpar at best. They've changed so many dishes since changing ownership and the quality of food is definitely suffering.
Excellent food, and finally a restaurant that didnt feel like a meat locker. Very comfortable.
We have dined here frequently and usually take our out of town guests here because it's been good up to this point. However we were disappointed this time. Our server told us that with each of our meals we would get a sampling of the cream corn. My husband ordered a chefs special and didn't get any corn sample. When he brought it to the waitresses attention, she said it wasn't included with his meal and she could bring him some for a charge...after she had originally told us it was included. We didn't get any bread and when I asked about it, we were told they only give bread now by request. We didn't know that had changed and the waitress never offered it either. We had to ask for drink refills as well. My husband ordered the cod meal and it didn't appear to be cooked very well. He said he would never order it again. Quite disappointed
Everything was OK. This place is moving in the wrong direction. 3 or 4 years ago this was the place to get a great meal. Now it's average at best. Definitely not worth the cost. I had the Ribeye. Not a good cut, overly fatty. Cooked medium, but burnt on the exterior. The rest of the meal and dessert was average. Definitely go to Bar Ellis in the future. Much better food.
What a great place. The food was outstanding. They have a very limited wine list so if that's a big deal for you know that you don't have a lot of options on that front. Cocktails were very good. Service was amazing, Mallory took such good care of us and made sure we had a fabulous time! Will absolutely be going back.
