Great double cheeseburgers except they forgot the cheese. I ordered dbl cheese and she asked what I wanted on it. And I made the mistake of saying Mustard pickles and onions only,,,,,,

The drive-thru speaker wasn't working so we had to order at the window which made everything take much longer than usual. There are also some menu items online that they don't have at this location but the desserts we did get were very good. The service was nice, despite the slowness. We'll still go back because it's usually better than today's visit.

The food and ice cream was good. They forgot our fries twice. Finally just asked to have a coke in the place of the fries. Tables were very dirty. First time visit wasn't impressed.

This is our favorite place to go for ice cream. They get super busy on weekends, but the staff at the drive thru has always been friendly, even when the lines are long. I can tell they are working as fast as they can. We’ve tried most of the ice cream treats. I think my favorites are the buckeye ice cream, chocolate malt and peanut butter shake.

Waited 20 minutes for cold burgers with a square of cheese not even close to melted. Order wasn't right. Untrained kids working it.
We had a terrible experience at Alexanders last night. We ordered 3 wraps and ice cream. As I waited by the window for the order, 15 people were given their ice cream that ordered after us. I thought they were waiting for our wraps to give us a complete order. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked if we could please at least get our ice cream. They had no idea what order I was referring to. Finally she said the cook forgot about our order. I said can I please have the ice cream since my kids were starving. Then I was told they lost our order and the person was smiling while saying she lost the order. We stopped here for a quick fast bite after an afternoon of boating but the service was terrible and the staff very rude. You are better off going to an actual restaurant for better service. After 40 minutes we finally received our food. At that point I would have preferred a refund but apparently the people working are not allowed to process a refund despite how slow or incompetent they are in completing an order.

A wonderful, quaint ice cream shop near Morse Lake. Drive-thru and walk up service with shaded outdoor seating. You could come just for ice cream or make it a walking tour by eating at one of the several nearby restaurants and finish with dessert here :)
