Very very rude customer service and unimpressive taste for overpriced ice cream. Will never go back!
We were the only people in line. My daughter asked for a sample, then my wife asked for another sample. No one person asked for a second sample, yet The lady loudly said ONLY TWO SAMPLES! She continued being unexpectedly rude throughout the entire transaction.
This treatment was extremely disappointing especially since we moved to the area and were excited about having a relaxing family moment by the lake.

Driven by so many times but never stopped until today. I got the Black Cherry and Buckeye hand dipped flavors which were quite good. But the Mrs's Tidal Wave was runny straight away like thin cream soup. Guess we'll throw it in the freezer and have it later...

First time trying Alexanders. Got a butterscotch chocolate chip tidal wave. I was thinking it would be similar to a blizzard. That was not the case. It was thinner than a milkshake and didn't taste that great. Tried my husband ice cream and it was okay.

You can’t beat the view or the atmosphere here. Great spot year round and our kids best memories are a golf cart ride with friends to get ice cream. And it doesn't matter if there is a little line in the summer: the lake experience and people watching makes you feel like you're in a movie.

Butter Pecan and Cashews. On a waffle con. Yes. Very good. Pricey. $11.04 for two adult single scoop on waffle cones. $13.50 after tip. Good service and it was very busy but its dog days of summer on the water. I recommend this place. 👍🏻

Great double cheeseburgers except they forgot the cheese. I ordered dbl cheese and she asked what I wanted on it. And I made the mistake of saying Mustard pickles and onions only,,,,,,

The drive-thru speaker wasn't working so we had to order at the window which made everything take much longer than usual. There are also some menu items online that they don't have at this location but the desserts we did get were very good. The service was nice, despite the slowness. We'll still go back because it's usually better than today's visit.
