Was visiting the area for a Hamilton Heights football game and was referred to Big Dog's from someone local. Took a party of 7 in. Got our food quick. It was fresh and hit. Meat was great and sauce was tasty. Fries were also very good. Overall we enjoyed the food. Location was great. The decor and feel of the place is very cool. Unique spot. Would recommend!

I’m going to be dreaming about that cornbread! Everything we had was delicious, there wasn’t a single miss. We’re usually not fans of this style of mac & cheese, but even that blew us away. The owner was incredible and took the time to walk us through the menu, which made our first visit even better. We’re already planning to come back with friends and family. The meats were perfectly cooked, the BBQ sauces were spot-on. Honestly, this is the best BBQ I’ve ever had. So glad we found this place!

10/10 THE. BEST. BBQ. EVER. I got the sliced brisket melt(with sweet BBQ), with Mac & cheese, potato salad, pickle, and St. Louis Gooey butter cake for dessert. Hands down. The best food ever. Usually, I could have things like this and not be full, but that’s not the case. I was so full I saved the cake for later. Brisket was juicy, not dry at all, no complaints here, will definitely be back!

The food was amazing. I had the brisket with baked beans. Amazing! The prices were reasonable. And my wife will be returning again.

I got the shredded chicken and pulled pork. The chicken was a disappointment and the pork was a little bit better. The people were very nice and the atmosphere was nice. The sauces were good. If the sauce was used on a Costco rotisserie chicken it would be a big improvement. But I will go back and try the brisket and sausage.

Big Dogs never disappoints. Always get take out when we’re camping at white river campground. Fantastic slaw, baked beans, cornbread, brisket and pulled pork. Fantastic!

This place has been on my list of places to try for a long time. It's about 40 minutes from me. I decided to try it today for my birthday. It was awesome! Even when I give a restaurant 5 stars, I can usually still find something that they could improve on if I look hard enough. Not in this case. This is one of the few times that I can't find anything that I would improve on. The sliced brisket had a perfect smoke ring and texture, the Mac & Cheese was creamy and not dried out, and the baked beans had chunks of bacon or some kind of pork not sure which but very tasty. My wife had a pulled pork sandwich, green beans and coleslaw. She said she would give it a 10 out of 10. The place was clean and well maintained and the service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere and decor was warm and inviting. This place is every bit as good if not better than City BBQ or Famous Dave's. I will definitely be recommending this place.
