Sat outside to listen to the great singer/guitarist. Tremendous service from the staff. Wonderful food. Beautiful view of the sun setting over the lake.

Great view of the water during dinner! The food was great and they had a live band that night for the 4th holiday! Would definitely recommend!

The atmosphere and view are amazing. The food was good, not great, we had fried shrimp and grouper. Service was quick. They had a band playing that was a nice added touch. Well worth the trip to Cicero.

Went up to celebrate my birthday and hear Living Proof. Asked for a table with a view of the band and water. Got a great table. Lucy was our server. She was busy but never neglected us and really knew the menu well. Will recommend to anyone who wants a lovely evening overlooking the water.

Service was pretty awful, our waitress brought us waters and then came back to take our order then only saw her one other time after that. There were flys everywhere landing on and around myself and the food. Food came out wrong at first then had to wait another 30 mins for them to remake it. Nobody checked on us until bring the check out. Overall waste of the money for the price. Wouldn't come back again sadly.

So fun (AGAIN)!!! Good food, great service! Thank you!! Only wished the band had been set up on the patio as usual instead of out in the tent, that was a bit of a surprise/bummer!

I've always been a cheerleader of Boathouse for years now but my past experience kind of takes the cake and disappoints on a whole new level. We ordered Nachos and the MKT priced crab seafood boil. The most expensive alternative boil was $80 so we were expecting a bit of a price hike. Long and short is...drinks took well over ten minutes to come to our table, appetizer and entree were brought at the same time, seafood boil was cold and overcooked, half of the crab legs didn't even have crab meat in them, corn was so far gone it was shrinking in on itself, waitress said nothing about anything and didn't even offer an excuse or smile. The only redeemable notion throughout the experience was the manager comping all of our food and drinks except half off the boil. Even with that comped and tipping the waitress our bill was still $340 for half price off of the seafood boil and the tip. It would have originally been well over $550 for that. The manager tried to blame it on their food vendor. We go to the boathouse for good vibes, good drinks, good food, and great views at reasonable prices. We have no problem dropping some cash on some good food but stay in your lane boathouse... you are not Anthony's Chophouse, Ruth's Chris or St. Elmo's. Stick to what you know! Burgers and fish and chips and leave the price gauging to the professionals with a $500 cocktail on their menu called “FU Money”. Even Red Lobster has a family size seafood boil for 1/10th the price better than yours and I can tell that from reviews alone. I don't even need to eat it!

Great service and wonderful seating after requesting outdoor railing seats. Thank you!!! Love the house chop salad. Little too thick breading on fish....and fish from sample didn't taste like cod!?! Other than that, all was really good.

We had a lovely waitress but terrible dining experience. Do not get the lobster roll unless you want to flush money down the toliet it was overcooked lobster meat with hardly any meat. I usually never have to write a bad review but this was a disappointment.

We were not checked on once we received our food. It took a long time to get our food and drinks. We sat needing refills. We wanted dessert but finally requested the check when we saw our waitress pass and asked for dessert to go because we could not stay any longer. The server was not friendly or knowledgeable about the menu.

We enjoyed a great Father's Day lunch! We had trio dip & chips, fried pickles, tuna bowl, Cobb salad, breaded tenderloin & fried shrimp. Everything was delicious. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience at the Boathouse Kitchen and Swan Dive. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for a casual meal or a night out. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options that cater to all tastes, and everything was prepared fresh and flavorful. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure our visit was enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality food and a great ambiance in Cicero.

The service and environment was great! Live music was a bonus! Inside of resturant had cool decor and was clean. I had the lobster roll and my husband got the Cicero platter. The food quality was fair.
