Did an online order, submitted an order for a specific pizza and somehow from my end to theirs, it changed to one of the other pizzas I ordered when I know what the order said when I submitted it due to an allergy out of one of the members of our family to mushrooms. When I called to rectify the situation, the owner, Lavanna was extremely unprofessional and rude, said there was nothing to rectify, she was too busy and we could further discuss this issue tomorrow, leaving the person who’s allergic to mushrooms on the pizza they sent instead of the one I ordered, without her pizza tonight unless I order and pay for another one. After already spending $130 there tonight to not get the correct pizza. Incredibly unprofessional as an owner and manager of any place. This was clearly an online ordering issue and I was told from the manager that I must not have ordered it correctly when I’d never order a mushroom pizza for someone who’s allergic to it. Definitely lost my business tonight after talking them up heavily for years. What a shame.

What a nice little hidden gem. Great food! Comes out fast and HOT! Gotta let it cool a bit before taking your first bite, but I don't mind that in the least. The people are friendly. It's a pretty small space, and tight in there, but that doesn't bother me. Definitely recommend.

First time experience. Pizza was delicious, bottom of crust was a little too hard for me but it still tasted amazing. Would have liked to try their fried chicken, but they weren’t selling individual pieces the evening that we were there. Service was excellent and we will be back.

The topping on the pizza was wonderful but we were very disappointed in the crust! Not sure if you have changed crust but it was very stiff and very hard to cut up while eating.

Best pizza in Hamilton County. Never disappoints in quality and service. The jalapeño poppers are a must with their homemade ranch. Anyone looking for quality pizza needs to try Bronko's.

had a pick-up order for a gathering of 15-20 people (3 large pizzas and a tray of 24pc chicken); it was hot and ready to go at the specified time, pick-up was easy (even for a busy saturday night). the chicken was a hit, folks were asking over and over about the pizza, seriously Bronko's is a treasure trove if you like good food.
we visited a few other times to dine-in, i'm always greeted always and have a friendly face serving me. will definitely return regularly!
We had a great meal! The bread sticks and cheese pizza with original crust were good, and my husband really liked his thin crust with pepperoni and banana peppers. The service was friendly, and we especially appreciated that the dining area was nice and clean! A great spot for a reliable pizza dinner.
