It's hit or miss. It seems I usually have to tell the young staff that they forgot to put something in my dessert or they make the wrong thing. Sizes run smaller then other locations as well

Went drive through and was treated like I was bothering them by just giving my order.

We just had a very disappointing experience at DQ. The person taking our order had to repeat things multiple times—it wasn’t clear whether she couldn’t hear us or if the system they’re using is just outdated. After placing our order at the drive-thru, we were asked to pull into a parking spot to wait. The wait itself was only about 3 minutes, which wasn’t bad, but when we got our food, my husband’s order was missing entirely.
The quality of the food was also subpar. What was supposed to be cheese curds looked more like a greasy clump of cheese. The chicken strip box was missing the gravy, the tenders were noticeably smaller than usual, and the fries were soggy and overly greasy. I posted a picture to show the size difference. Everything tasted like it had been cooked in old oil.
Unfortunately, this was the worst DQ experience we've ever had.
Positive note the Texas toast was perfect..

This place seems to have gotten worse. Service is horrible and the people seem like they hate their job!

Can be hit and miss on meal quality. Today a miss. Chilli cheese dogs were pretty bad. Dog rubbery, chili sauce was weird, like burnt. Chicken strip basket was ok.

Absolutely mind blowing this establishment is still running with actual children in charge. The amount of cuss words, drama and disrespect experienced in a 5 minute drive through interaction was sincerely astonishing. Go anywhere else, literally.

Be nice they could ever get an order right
Always wonderful, and a step back to a simple time of life. Staff always very nice, and the ice cream is the best.

This place should not be in business. i rarely write reviews, but I just had to. I want to help others to find another place, any other place. To start the speaker at the drive thru can not be understood. I just ordered 2 blizzards.Arrived at window the very young untrained girl says will the one blizzard be all. I reordered as the first one melted. She says 13.05 which is a bit much for 2 cups or partially frozen milk. I gave her 15.00 and then realized I had a dime. She fumbled with a calculator for way too long. I said just give 2.00 before my to go ice cream melted any more. She then handed me a handful of change and no bills, stating she had already entered 15.00 and could not figure it out. 5 to 6 minutes later when i arrived at my destination with desert they where both filled over the top and had melted all over my car as I tried to removed them the cup holder. I realize this is mostly due to poor management. Why would a business owner put a person selling you products and operating a cash register that count ?????? Not one good thing came from this visit and there will not be another.
$40 for cheese curds that are melted into a giant cheese ball; a double burger with patties barely cooked; soggy chicken strips; and fries that taste of rancid fry oil.
