I should have learned my lesson by now but I ordered again from them today. I ordered my food and it apparently went in for prep at 6:30pm. As I post this it's now 7:35pm and it hasn't moved from the prep stage. I called the store, got a rep who, while I can understand that they were busy, felt the need to condescend to me that they were "swamped and just did a $2000 order in the last 45 minutes" and that my food was 5th in the delivery order and would be another 35 minutes.
