We have made three mobile orders in a row and every time they sandwiches were made wrong due to a allergy, or food was missing, the store really has an issue with paying attention to what they're supposed to be making.

Last 4 times we have ordered to have it picked up, order has been wrong. This last time, we ordered and it took 45minutes(we have receipts showing times) and then we got the order delivered and IT WAS WRONG! I normally don’t complain about food either, but the steak was OVER seasoned and I couldn’t even finish it. Employees that work there don’t care either.. people used to take pride in their work, even at a place like this. Sad to see it go down-hill.

Place was busy and very dirty. I ordered my food at the kiosk for eating in and took my number and sat down. Waited 17 minutes went to the counter asked about my food and the guy was like it’s sitting here for pickups in a bag with Eat in on it and the table number.

DISGUSTING! ABSOLUTELY GROSS!! The worst experience trying to grab a bite to eat. My girlfriend and I chose to come here to get out of the heat before some fireworks and the place is a disaster. Absolutely inexcusable if you ask me. The employees knew how bad this was. Someone spilled a drink in the lobby and they put a mop sign over it. We told management how disappointed we were so they sent someone out to clean the tables but none else. We sadly ordered and then looked around. If we seen the restaurant in this shape we would have jet. It was very unsettling eating in the filth. Not a single surface was clean anywhere. This is super unsanitary! Multiple customers came in with the same gross face. Few left. One even engaged in conversation with us commenting how bad the store looked and told us it used to be a great MCD even months back. Burgers, Fries, Nuggets were fresh. But the unsanitary of the front end of the store defiantly makes me question what we cant see.
Do better putting straws in bags!!! My last 3 orders no straw!! 4 drinks not 1 straw.

Food was somewhat decent, the fries are always soggy and cold, and the lobby is very dirty and trashed. There is a worker who has glasses and a pink mcdonalds hat who is incredibly rude and stuck up for whatever reason, though. Managers don’t seem to treat employees well.
