Last 4 times we have ordered to have it picked up, order has been wrong. This last time, we ordered and it took 45minutes(we have receipts showing times) and then we got the order delivered and IT WAS WRONG! I normally don’t complain about food either, but the steak was OVER seasoned and I couldn’t even finish it. Employees that work there don’t care either.. people used to take pride in their work, even at a place like this. Sad to see it go down-hill.

Place was busy and very dirty. I ordered my food at the kiosk for eating in and took my number and sat down. Waited 17 minutes went to the counter asked about my food and the guy was like it’s sitting here for pickups in a bag with Eat in on it and the table number.

DISGUSTING! ABSOLUTELY GROSS!! The worst experience trying to grab a bite to eat. My girlfriend and I chose to come here to get out of the heat before some fireworks and the place is a disaster. Absolutely inexcusable if you ask me. The employees knew how bad this was. Someone spilled a drink in the lobby and they put a mop sign over it. We told management how disappointed we were so they sent someone out to clean the tables but none else. We sadly ordered and then looked around. If we seen the restaurant in this shape we would have jet. It was very unsettling eating in the filth. Not a single surface was clean anywhere. This is super unsanitary! Multiple customers came in with the same gross face. Few left. One even engaged in conversation with us commenting how bad the store looked and told us it used to be a great MCD even months back. Burgers, Fries, Nuggets were fresh. But the unsanitary of the front end of the store defiantly makes me question what we cant see.

Horrible service 😑 always when, every time I go this place the girls bathroom is dirty with no toilet paper 😫

Food was somewhat decent, the fries are always soggy and cold, and the lobby is very dirty and trashed. There is a worker who has glasses and a pink mcdonalds hat who is incredibly rude and stuck up for whatever reason, though. Managers don’t seem to treat employees well.

This is seriously the worst McDonald's The food is always stale tasting. Sloppy mess. The staff do not care about the quality of food anymore. First time I ordered chicken nugget meal. 7 chicken nuggets, cold fries. Asked if the barbecue was in bag. Yes, it is. Pull out of line. 2 mins down the road. No sauce. Decide to give them a second chance. Small town, and trying to support. Maybe a bad day. Even worst. Quarter pounder deluxe meal. In the bag is a big Mac. So, I had to go in and show them to exchange it. No apology. Well i made the mistake to give a 3rd chance. Just needed something quick. So decided to get double cheeseburger. That's it. How hard can that be. Well, it must have been hard. I got a Chicken sandwich. So, to say the least. They really need better quality training.
