I would just like to say that I had a pizza coming to me from the previous owners and the new owners honored it for me. very polite, and the pizza was great! i also ordered bread sticks and they were the best ones ive had from there. thank you!

Wife and I visited on a trip to Cicero. We had a small order of bread sticks, a side salad, and a 10" House Specialty Pizza. First time at Pizza House. Food was good. The salad dressing has a nice flavor, but was runny. We ordered the original crust and it was still a little too thin for our liking. The hand tossed probably would have been perfect. All ingredients on the pizza were good. Great service. Appropriately staffed and everyone is working.

Probably the last visit to the Pizza House. Cheese on top was just a solid slab. Not really sure what kind of cheese it was. Was not "pully" (daughter's word) like melted mozzarella. For the money, there is most definitely better pizza out there. Tried to give them one last shot, but nope.

The pizza itself if great. We truly have no complaints there but the last 7-8 times we have ordered we have either a) gotten the wrong pizza not the end of the world , b ) we order knowing it’s a 55-65 minute wait time , and we end up waiting another 15 minutes ontop of that, again not the end of the world or c) like tonight we had both. We arrived at the 65 minute mark , my husband went inside to get the pizza , they had no idea where the ticket went or they weren’t sure if the pizza was taken by the delivery guy , so we had to wait another 15-20 minutes for them to make our order , only to get home and we got the wrong pizza . The staff is friendly and nice, also young so we try to give it a lot of grace and The girl did credit us 10$ tonight . But 55$ is a lot of money to spend on 1 X-Large house speciality pizza , 1 small plain cheese pizza and an order of breadsticks and we constantly have the same issue .
1st time going to Pizza House, and Michelle was our waitress. The food was great, and the service was even better!! We will definitely be going back again!!
