I ordered online and the app said my order would be ready by 12:25 p.m. I got there at 12:25 p.m. the app said it was ready for pickup. When I got inside one of the men working asked if I had a pick up order, I said yes. They hadn't even started on my order so I had to sit there an additional 25 minutes waiting for them to get it ready. As I sat there I looked around and noticed how filthy the place was the high chairs had about an inch of dust on them. The pickup cart where your order goes once it's ready for pickup was filthy with dust all over it. I will not be going back to this location.

The only reason I give this place 3 stars is because of the owner. The workers are amazing and extremely nice but they do not get the tips from a card transaction. So basically shame on the owner/s who don't give the workers their tips. I could not believe that, even waiters get tips from cards. So full warning if you give these a guys a tip, do them a favor and give it in cash. Don't give that greedy owner anymore money than they already do from OWNING A BUSINESS. Seriously, shame.

Kid-friendliness: Awesome! My 7 year old loves to place her own order and they were patient with her. They truly enjoyed talking with her. After we paid for our food, the manager gave her a cookie "for being a good friend." As we left the store, my daughter looked up at me and smiled saying, "Yes. Friend complete!" (She says this every time she has a honestly good encounter with a new acquaintance.)
