Applebee's Grill + Bar

Kelsea was the best server I've ever had at Applebee's and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!!!!

Had the all you can eat riblets-which were delicious as always.
I did notice our waiter JON working, he is a real team player, he watched everyone's drinks to see if needed refills, not once did we have to wave him down, he was truly amazing!!
2 big thumbs up for food and Jon!!!

Good food this time.

My husband and I were served by Kelsea tonight and she was amazing! The food is okay for the price. We primarily came for cheap drinks and 1/2 off appetizers. It took a bit for someone to seat us, we stood there waiting at the host booth while there were several workers standing around talking. Kelsea has amazing customer service and went above and beyond to make our time enjoyable. This was the best experience we have had at this particular location and we have had a negative experience in the past so we were pleased with this visit thanks to Kelsea.

Food is just not good. The seasoned broccoli was bleh and the chicken tenders have too much crust. The slaw was missing something.

Haven't eaten in here in years. Me and the hubby finally got a night alone and stopped in on a Thursday night. Not to busy, our server was new but he did amazing! We both got bad drinks and they were great! Food came out hot, and everything was delicious. We will visit again!

Had an excellent server his name was Joseph, went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had a great time there, food was good also, but Joseph was the absolute best. When you go ask for Joseph to be your server. On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate this young man a very strong 10

While the servers worked hard there simply weren't enough and orders were wrong and cold. Even worse, within about 90 minutes 2 of us were sick, me spending the next few hours vomiting in the ladies room of the racetrack instead of going on the tour. (It was the quesadilla burger that got me.)

Went to applebees tonight and sat in the VIP section with Joseph , he was great! Ill definitely be returning to see him!

Joseph was great!!! 10/10 will be back to see him.

Got a to go order. Both steaks were supposed to be well done, and the steaks were both red in the middle. As I’m pregnant I cannot eat that. The onion rings were soggy and the broccoli was falling apart I couldn’t even pick it up, it had way too much pepper on it. And the steak was hard. I don’t usually complain but when I drive 25 minutes home to find out my food is like this, and the money is wasted it makes me upset.

Our food took almost 35 minutes to come out. I got a salad with chicken tenders on top and it must’ve been sitting forever because when it finally got brought to our table my chicken was ice cold. Our kid’s cheeseburger was burnt and extremely crunchy. They didn’t bring out his side with it until 5 minutes after our food was out and server told us it was because someone took it for a different table before she could bring it out to us. We waited so long for her to come pick up our check that the manager himself came to grab and have her check us out. We watched him hand her our card with our ticket and she charged our card for a different persons ticket. She did the exact same thing to the table behind us before she did it to us also. When she saw us looking at our bank statements she came over immediately and said the manager gave her the wrong ticket. Overall, just very bad service. Admittedly it was busy, but it doesn’t excuse charging multiple different customers for the wrong tickets and us waiting over 10 minutes after we got our check to pay. We eat here often and have never ever had such unwelcoming service.

Last week my husband and I was here my husband loved his food my steak made me feel nauseous went back today my husband did not like his food my food was tolerable the server only came over 1 time told him my husband did not like his food my husband only ate fries did not accommodate we he never even gave us refills didn’t even ask if we wanted one will not be coming back anytime soon

The waiter was very unprofessional. He never asked after our food came out if everything was OK or did we need anything never offered drink refills and actually charged us for 2 salads that are actually included in the 2 for 30 deal. And we ordered appetizer an he barely gave us cheese to even eat with 1 pretzel. We have eaten here many times and have always left a very nice tip and have never had issues before there. He even chased us as we got to the door and said very rude of you to not leave your server a tip. We said very rude service you gave but you got your tip by charging us the 8.00 for the salads. Just a very rude experience from the moment he took order.
