I came up to get my food, and then sat down at a table just across from the stand. Everything was fine, until a lady (I assume the manager) came in and started yelling at employees about something they had said (to each other, just complaining about working) while I was checking out. I noticed they had a weird looking camera on the back corner of the stand, like the cheap ones you get off Amazon. I think it’s safe to assume the manager is recording video and audio to God knows where. Be careful what you say when you’re around the stand if you don’t want to the manager to eavesdrop.

Got there 40 minutes before closing. Two girls are working and zero customers are there. I had a reward in my account to use however it was giving me problems. The account directed me to go to the cashier and they could put my phone number in and give me my reward. Simple. I walk over and I am ignored by both workers. Finally one walks over and doesn’t say anything I began to kindly explain to her what my account was saying and she looks at me as if I am covered in vomit. She then tells me that they don’t have any pretzels, which is literally a lie and then says that they are about to close. You are suppose to serve customers until you close. Thats the whole point. That is when people can expect to not get a pretzel, not 40 minutes before hand. There was no apology, no other offers, just “we’re about to close” with a sassy attitude and an eye roll. I guess I’m an idiot for asking? Honestly I think if they don’t get different servers or get their workers to have a nicer attitude they should just permanently close because this place isn’t worth the aggravation.

Walked up to get something and they just stood there looking at each other as if they didn't want to wait on me. Asked for a small nugget and was told they only had the large available even though if I come in with a coupon for a free pretzel nugget they gladly dump out half and put the rest in a small cup. Very unsatisfied and I have deleted the app not that they willingly give out receipts to collect points anyway. Will never waste my $ there again!

Had our nieces in town for the week. They loved the pretzels, my wife and I also liked them. Prices were decent and the pretzels were fresh. Can’t say much on the staff as it was a mobile order, but no complaints from me. Definitely going to go back again

AMAZING!!!? give them a raise! This is the THIRD location I have visited today and the FIRST location I could actually make a purchase. Thats crazy in January when stores need the most revenue. The two women working were very professional, happy, and helpful. Owners need to see and read this review. You’ve got something rare in this day and age. I hope you value them as much as I did today. THANK YOU! I wish you many blessings.

Lady that is working there every evening is so rude!!! Always has an attitude for no reason and today she had dirt under her nails and watched her touch pretzel bites bare handed shoving them into the cups. I don’t get why she works in customer service if she is always upset. Terrible service I refuse to return.

I’ve visited here a few times in the past couple of months and each time I’m greeted with the same rude attitude by a lady. This time I told her of a reward I was given on the app and she tried to “correct” me, gave me attitude and rolled her head at me like she could care less. She then told me “it’s gonna be about 10 minutes I have to make it” in hopes it would turn me away. I stepped away and waited and in that time my reward expired after being open for 9 minutes like the app instructed. I tried to explain that to her and then her co worker informed me that it was my fault it wasn’t scanned before she went off to make the pretzel; when she in fact was the one to turn me away to wait on it.

Times need to be updated on google it says 9. But they close at 8. Absolutely ridiculous. After a long day at work all I want is my pretzel!
