For Fathers Day I took my family to El Fuereno's Restaurant. This was the first time I have ever had Menudo and it was outstanding. The marrowie broth with tripe was perfectly seasoned and had that slow simmer goodness. My wife had the slow roasted chicken with rice and refried beans. The kids had the cheesy quesadillas.
