First visit. For fast food Italian, it was good. Inexpensive & quick. Not top quality, but can't expect top notch Italian in a fast food place. Shared chicken carbonara and sampler of lasagna & spaghetti with a large meatball & meat sauce and fettuccine alfredo with breadsticks. Tasty with generous portions. I'd go back.

It's a solid concept: good pasta and sauce, breadsticks and drinks, presented a fast food. It's uncomplicated, and the service is friendly and efficient. Is the decor out of date? Yes. But I don't care. I'm a regular.

The owner replied to my review but clearly did not read it first. That kind of goes right along with my lack of customer service comment 🤣🤣. The food was really good, I always like Fazoli's. The employee was not very friendly, it was obvious she did not want to be there and did not want to wait on us. She was irritated at my question, and couldn't be bothered to show me the item I was looking for. Then my order was wrong because she paid zero attention to me while I was ordering. Customer service seems to be non-existent these days.

It was a nice restaurant. The food and service were good. I hadn't eaten here for a long time, but I always enjoyed it. My daughter liked it and recommended it. The breadsticks were very good as was the spaghetti with meat sauce. My daughter had ravioli and a Dreamsicle cheesecake that she especially enjoyed. The manager checked on us and was very friendly.

Unable to rate the food because it was ordered through door dash at 5:01p. Paid extra for a quicker delivery. Sadly, the food was not ready until after 6p and did not make it to my house until 6:30.
When we first got here, the person who waited on us was less than friendly, but after we were seated, we received top-notch service. I wish I had gotten the girls' name that brought our food and waited on us because she 100% deserves a RAISE! She had long braids with some red ones mixed in. Anyway, the food was delicious, and she made us feel like we were in a nice sit-down restaurant. We will absolutely be back soon!

Whether it’s bringing extra breadsticks or making sure everything is to your liking, the team here genuinely seems invested in providing a great experience. They’re always super friendly and approachable, which adds a welcoming touch to each visit. It’s clear that Fazoli’s does an excellent job of hiring people who are truly customer-focused.
The restaurant itself is also consistently clean and well-kept. There have been one or two occasions where cleanliness slipped a bit, but that was during very busy times, which is understandable. Overall, this Fazoli’s location manages to balance good food with excellent service and a clean environment, making it a reliable spot for a quick Italian meal.
