Food was heavenly and sooo fast it was crazy it was at the table before we sat down literally beat us to the tableš
Receipt says the employees that helped us were Georgia and Kristian and they were angels I love you guys so much best experience of my life will be back

Stopped here with our young kids on our ten hour drive home from the Peach Bowl! (HOOSIERS!) Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very clean. Wish people were this kind up north. Would come back often if we were local!

Victoria Lowe did a great job. She took my order and then when my order was done she had me pay for the food, and then I got the food and it was correct. And also it was good too. Really but the spot. Thank you Fazoliās for being a beacon of hope in a troubled world. 8/10

First visit. For fast food Italian, it was good. Inexpensive & quick. Not top quality, but can't expect top notch Italian in a fast food place. Shared chicken carbonara and sampler of lasagna & spaghetti with a large meatball & meat sauce and fettuccine alfredo with breadsticks. Tasty with generous portions. I'd go back.
It's a solid concept: good pasta and sauce, breadsticks and drinks, presented a fast food. It's uncomplicated, and the service is friendly and efficient. Is the decor out of date? Yes. But I don't care. I'm a regular.

The owner replied to my review but clearly did not read it first. That kind of goes right along with my lack of customer service comment š¤£š¤£. The food was really good, I always like Fazoli's. The employee was not very friendly, it was obvious she did not want to be there and did not want to wait on us. She was irritated at my question, and couldn't be bothered to show me the item I was looking for. Then my order was wrong because she paid zero attention to me while I was ordering. Customer service seems to be non-existent these days.

It was a nice restaurant. The food and service were good. I hadn't eaten here for a long time, but I always enjoyed it. My daughter liked it and recommended it. The breadsticks were very good as was the spaghetti with meat sauce. My daughter had ravioli and a Dreamsicle cheesecake that she especially enjoyed. The manager checked on us and was very friendly.
The food is always so good. Hard to believe its fast food! Gives Olive garden a run for the money for sure! All they need is endless salad bar!! š
