When we first got here, the person who waited on us was less than friendly, but after we were seated, we received top-notch service. I wish I had gotten the girls' name that brought our food and waited on us because she 100% deserves a RAISE! She had long braids with some red ones mixed in. Anyway, the food was delicious, and she made us feel like we were in a nice sit-down restaurant. We will absolutely be back soon!

The restaurant itself is also consistently clean and well-kept. There have been one or two occasions where cleanliness slipped a bit, but that was during very busy times, which is understandable. Overall, this Fazoli’s location manages to balance good food with excellent service and a clean environment, making it a reliable spot for a quick Italian meal.
The manager Asia was super helpful! She made sure that my order was made fresh and it was delicious.

Went through the drive thru on my break to get lunch . I haven’t eaten all day. The lady that took my order seemed put out that I modified my order from the menu. I do not eat pork. I asked specifically for extra Alfredo sauce because I hate dry pasta. Go back to work and lo and behold the pasta was dryer than the desert. I called and asked to speak to a manager and the first thing she said was you wanna bring it back? I wanted to say no I would have preferred to have gotten what i ordered in the first place, but I explained I was at work but I wanted my money back. There was never an apology given just a bring the WHOLE ORDER BACK WITH YOUR RECEIPT FOR A REFUND. No im sorry for the fact that you have to go the rest of the day without eating because we are too lazy or cheap to give you what you asked/ paid for to begin with. This place is a joke. She should have offered not only a refund but also to remake my food correctly for my inconvenience. Wasted my time and I still haven’t eaten.. GREAT SERVICE!!!
