My 4 year old was scared to even walk through the doors the employees looked scary. They were playing on their phones Food was old and looked so dry. It’s dark and dingy. We love gattis my son‘s favorite restaurant since pepperoni pizza is basically the only food he will eat. This place needs a makeover. Staff pizza just everything in this building needs a makeover badly if not you will eventually go out of business!

I use to eat here alone till I found out they where starting rumors about me with other customers it hurt my feelings because I never got rude with them I'm not surprised if they don't like you they don't like you they just keep talking loudly about you and point at you .

Parking: Parking is directly in front and to the side of the building, they have about 20 parking spots

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly they have some arcade games that can be played after kids have had their fill of pizza

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a couple handicap parking spots right up front and most of the dining tables are on the main level so plenty to choose from

Ordered a cheese pizza, but it had an odd/repelling lingering taste that I couldn’t quite identify, and I ended up throwing it away. The bbq chicken pizza tasted better, but overall, I wasn’t impressed. The staff was friendly, but I don't plan on going back.

Went here a few days ago with my daughters and I genuinely loved the experience! The place is a little run down down, but that's to be expected of an almost 50 year old building. The games were fun and each tv either had wrestling on one tv, Disney+ on the other two and I loved it since it was mostly blue collar men in the building lol the best part was one worker in particular, I didn't catch his name but he has cute dreadlocks, he says he's there almost every day and he makes the BEST pizza I ever had! He's cute, he was funny, he even gave my daughters a dollar each to play the games. If you see him, ask him to make you his bacon Mac n cheese pizza! It was so good we devoured the first one and had to ask him to make another one to go! This man was genuinely the best part of the experience and I highly recommend going again?

We spent the day at a trampoline park across the street. Pizza is what my kiddo wanted, as I typically wouldn’t have picked this place. Upon entering, the cashier was nice and welcoming. There were multiple flies buzzing around the buffet and dining area. All of the pastas were dry and hardened to the point you couldn’t even stir it. All the sauce options had a hard, dry layer over the top, the pizza looked like it had been setting for sometime. I saw 2 employees during our visit, to which both were trying to cook, run the register, and bust tables. They were very nice and seemed to be working hard. The food just looked horrible. I was genuinely scared to eat here because the food looked so old. I didn’t even touch the salad bar due to seeing the condition of the place. The bathroom was so gross I decided to just hold it. Dirt and some dried mystery liquids all over the floor, toilet paper everywhere, and again, flies buzzing everywhere. I would give this place a 1 star, but I felt bad for the employees. I would have taken pics, but again, I felt bad as the two men working were very kind and seemed overwhelmed. ALSO- they had fear factor playing on the TV in which they were eating “Maggot soup”. I couldn’t wait to leave.

The food was gross. After attempting to eat the food I saw live roaches out in the main thoroughfare. Never going back

They ,didn't have enough pizza's out to serve the customers, no air-conditioned was very warm inside dinning, and the Manger seemed that he didn't care because he was taking a break, but it was very busy and should have been help what little help he had in order to help the customers, period.

Management wanted on us ok.
Very little pizza on buffet
The place got very busy.
Asked man marking pizza were is your help. He said manager is on brake.
I said I will take care of this for you.
Went to talk to manager he was in his car on brake. I said it is really busy in there he said I don't care I am on brake.
So turned on my phone and started to take a picture of him setting in his car.
When I took the picture he stood up out of his car and drue back his arm as if he was going to hit me. I have a picture of this on my phone. Went back in side and took pictures of how busy it was. Went back to seat to eat. He came over and said I have to leave NOW or I will call the police. I said I will leave when I get done Eating my pizza. Two customers came over and said I did nothing wrong.
So I fished my pizza and when I went to go out to leaveThe police were there. I said I am leaving so NOW I CAN no longer eat there. I now have a no trespass on me. I CAN NO LONGER GO TO MR GATTES IN CLARKSVILLE

It costs $34 for two kids and one adult. We went to one in Kentucky and it only cost $13 for two adults and one kid. There are fruit flies in the bathroom and the paper towel holder doesn’t work. It’s dark and hot in the seating area. 1970’s “Price is Right” was playing the whole time and it really emphasized how much of a bummer it was to be there. Between myself and the kids, we at less than a whole freezer pizza. They even had less options than the other Gatti’s. I recommend going somewhere else.

I don't know how this place is allowed to stay open. It was disgusting. Very dirty.

As a 42-year-old, Mr. Gatti’s is a place I’ve frequented for years. It is also a place that has never changed. Ever. From the carpet, paint, tables, and chairs, to the smell, it’s never changed. This consistency in atmosphere can evoke nostalgia for longtime patrons like myself. However, what has changed is the pricing, which has reached a point where the quality and the price no longer match.

I remain loyal to the brand because I have always loved the pizza and the joy of being able to eat as much as I want, eagerly waiting for the freshest pizza to pop up. Despite this, the particular location I visit is in desperate need of an update. The interior feels dated, and the limited pizza options on the buffet can be disappointing. While they will make a pizza to your liking if you ask, it’s not quite the same as having a variety of fresh pizzas readily available.

Customer service at this location is so-so. They are often out of straws, forks, or low on food items, which detracts from the overall experience. This used to be a great place to go with the family to eat cheaply and get pretty decent pizza. Now, with the increased prices, the lack of upgrades stands out even more starkly.

I feel strongly that if Mr. Gatti’s is going to raise its prices, it needs to invest in upgrading its facilities and improving its service. The brand has a loyal customer base that appreciates the nostalgic value and the concept of an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet, but the current state of this location falls short of what patrons deserve for the price they are paying. With some much-needed updates and attention to service, Mr. Gatti’s could easily reclaim its status as a cherished family dining destination.
