Ordered a meal late at night and everything came out very good. The family meal pack is a great deal. Do not order this an Uber order this directly off their website.
A little bit too much breading, but I won’t hold it against him because everything was hot and fresh

Very much enjoyed the chicken planks, coleslaw, and hush puppies. I went through the drive-thru the service was polite and courteous. My order was correct and the cashier was very friendly.

I went to the drive-thru just because I've always loved Long John silver's. Got to the drive-thru. Looked at the prices and went somewhere else. As a matter of fact, I went on to a competitor that even cost more because they're not trying to skimp on the fish. Yes, we notice your planks are getting thinner and thinner. If you cut them any thinner there won't be any fish in there. Way over charging for hardly any fish. But still kind of tastes the same. Just not much fish for the buck the bucks way too many bucks.

One car ahead of us. We ordered 1 $6 fish and chicken special. Could not understand person at window. Took over 15 minutes for one order and the bag she handed the customer looked very small. No apology for the delay. This is second time in a row this place had extremely slow service. Won't be back . The food was good however.

I've been here for lunch 2 times in the past couple months. I'm not sure if they have had a management change. But I do know that the last 2 times I've dined in it was awesome. Other fast food and dining chains need to take note. Hot food, the staff is so positive and polite. I made a point to tell them after I ate my food.

All around good experience

My food was made to order it was fresh and delicious. Polite staff my order was accurate. I went through the drive thru.

I hadn't been here in quite some time because of some consecutive bad experiences, but i was really craving their fish and so I stopped by, let me tell ya they gave really gotten it together. Staff had amazing communication between each other and just really blew me away at how great they worked as a team along with the food being absolutely perfect.
