Very inconsistent, drastically declining in quality but havetolerated untill today, they decided to not serve me because I couldn't pay cash at the drive through, told me to come inside to pay credit , i went to the drive through because i have 2 toddlers and our dog in the car and its pouring rain . Are you really to lazy to step 2 feet over an swipe a card ? Definitely a 7 brews customer from here on out

Sometimes you get inconsistencies when different people make your drinks but that's pretty normal everywhere. When I was a corrections officer, Starbucks coffee drinks were what helped me through the day; especially those 16-hour ones. Some days the matcha tea Frappuccino was just refreshing. But now they have the lavender creme Frappuccino and it's love in a cup!! If you haven't tried it I highly recommend it; I leave with one in each hand!

Waited 45 minutes for 1 coffee, ask twice if my order was skipped and was told "No just very busy" finally ask for my money back and the young lady was very rude, said they couldn't find my order (even though I paid at their register) she made my drink slammed it on the counter and says; HERE BUT, WE HAVE NO WHIP CREAM and then says; we only have 3 workers, grrrrr! If you take someone's money and don't give nothing then that's just bad business ?

Very chill and relaxed in there for a Saturday afternoon! Our drinks and munchies were made promptly and the overall juju was positive. Can't stop rude customers from causing a random glitch in the matrix but the staff kept their cool and let it go.

When I'm uptown, this is my go-to Starbucks! I never have an issue when I go in or order on the app. The drive-through, for some reason, is slower than just going in, no matter the number of employees that are working. That being said, the employees are always very respectful and good at letting you know how long your order is going to take. Would recommend this location to anyone, despite the parking lot "issue" strictly because the employee's are wonderful here! (Please see the information below about the parking "issue.")Parking: The parking lot is small as the business is located basically in a "strip mall" parking lot. But with that being said, there are plenty of places to park for Starbucks and the adjoining stores. If that makes any sense at all. This location is also somewhat difficult to get to, as both entrances/exits aren't near the building itself, and how the parking lot is set up with all the medians and different rows of spots, it can be somewhat difficult to maneuver if you haven't done it before and aren't paying attention to the other cars coming and going.

I just left this location and I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. The manager of the store is the one who gave me the sorry excuse for service. I ordered a strawberry frappe with extra strawberry so that it wouldn’t be bland. She or he handed me my drink and it had a little puree at the bottom but the rest of it tasted like milk and ice with no sweetness in sight. So I waited to get his or her attention when I told them my drink was terrible instead of remaking my drink like someone with common sense he or she gave me some strawberry puree suggesting I add it to my drink. I pulled to try to mix it myself and still it was awful. So I went in and asked for my money back. He or she was very passive aggressive while refunding my money and when I asked for his or her name he or she had the nerve to tell me they were uncomfortable giving that to me. So since he or she didn’t want to have his or her name on this glorious review I’m going to describe what he or she looks like so that when someone in higher management reads this they will know who to address. He or she was about 5’5 probably 250 or more light skinned with a woman’s voice but a man’s face hence a goatee. I hope he or she gets the attention they deserve for their treatment of the public.

This is absolutely the worst Starbucks out there. I drink Starbucks regularly, and I try to avoid this location at all cost. However every once in a while I go, and every single time it’s a mistake. My drink is always made wrong and the same person is always rude for no reason. I asked to speak to a manager and she claimed she was one, and that she was the only one there. When I asked her name, she refused to give it to me. I’m a firm believer in having a bad day, and that’s okay… however EVERY single time I’ve ever been to this Starbucks I have an issue with the same rude barista whom refuses to make my drink correct. EVERY other Starbucks has ZERO issues in doing so, so it makes sense to me.

I came to Starbucks this morning around 12:40 for to try holiday beverage for the first time I didn’t like it after a few sips, stopped at a few stores came back around to see if I could exchange the drink for something better I was told in the drive thru to come to the store even though I had the full drink with me and my receipt I came in and was asked rudely by KAMDEN on how much earlier I was there I responded and they asked me what did I want I told them and they began to make my drink his/her/they (unsure of this persons orientation) began to make my drink with an attitude and slid it across the bar when completed no apology, poor customer service and rude attitudes.
