Very chill and relaxed in there for a Saturday afternoon! Our drinks and munchies were made promptly and the overall juju was positive. Can't stop rude customers from causing a random glitch in the matrix but the staff kept their cool and let it go.
When I'm uptown, this is my go-to Starbucks! I never have an issue when I go in or order on the app. The drive-through, for some reason, is slower than just going in, no matter the number of employees that are working. That being said, the employees are always very respectful and good at letting you know how long your order is going to take. Sometimes you get inconsistencies when different people make your drinks but that's pretty normal everywhere. When I was a corrections officer, Starbucks coffee drinks were what helped me through the day; especially those 16-hour ones. Some days the matcha tea Frappuccino was just refreshing. But now they have the lavender creme Frappuccino and it's love in a cup!! If you haven't tried it I highly recommend it; I leave with one in each hand!
