I had heard that Steak n'Shake had gone downhill, but sometimes you never realize the depths of it until you see it for yourself.
The first thing I noticed upon entering was the smell. The odor was atrocious. Seriously, it smelled like something died in there.
Secondly, they're not even a full service restaurant anymore. They're attempting to be fast food when they really aren't by using kiosks to place orders as opposed to more traditional wait staff.

10/10 every time! The new ordering system is so quick and you get your food quickly. It’s always hot, fresh, and delicious. Staff are super friendly too! We love you Steak N Shake❤️
I remember the way it was before all the changes. I would not eat there. The new owners have done a wonderful job with the model they are following. Keep up the good work!
