this texas road house is always good, but today i went and had an amazing experience, rolls were fo fluffy, food was cooked perfectly, our server landon was so nice!

We were a party of three on Sunday January 11th at around 730 (when we were seated). I had checked in online to be put into the waiting line (@6:30) 50 minutes-1hour wait, that’s fine. But we get there and are waiting around to get the text, while the “teenagers” at the front at the time were playing on their phones, not acknowledging guests. Also while waiting several groups of young people came in asking how long the wait was, they would tell them the wait was like 30 minutes, but then all of a sudden they magically had a table for them and then would seat them before even seating the guests that were on the “decks” waiting. I finally walked up to the table after waiting about 47 minutes and asked them to see how much longer we had to wait. And that’s when the guy hit their tablet to send me a text and all of a sudden we had a table. We waited about 55 minutes for a table for three, while these other groups of three or four teenagers were getting sat without ever having their name put on the wait list at all. Very very unprofessional. Service was great at the table and the food was delicious, but the people you all put at the front have zero customer service skills and seat people at their own discretion without following the order in which people checked in.

The atmosphere was great besides the everyday noise that happens on a weekend. The server was great and was very friendly. The NY strip was so tender & seasoned good as well.
The service was outstanding! The best we have had in years. The manager even walked around and checked on everyone which does not happen anymore. Also I was a server most my life and I really hold servers to high standards and they were awesome
