Service was super slow, took them 20 min to take my order, they definitely prioritize door dash instead of their customers inside and at drive thru window (absolutely nothing fast about this place ) , I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal , the chicken is dry , I got one little slice of tomato and this piece of lettuce when I asked for more they wanna get upset …. Do better Wendy’s

Stopped in to try their new chicken sandwich debated between spicy and classic. Classic was terrible. Chicken seem like it been sitting for a while. Very small portion size for 599. You might go to Chick-fil-A and know what you’re getting really good food, but not here at Wendy’s. I need to work under chicken sandwich if they plan on trying to broaden their menu. Wendy’s just needs to stick to hamburgers.

They forgot food for the dude ahead of me. Then I specifically asked for ketchup and honey mustard they didn't give it. And they were slow. I ain't complaining too much they did give me the food but sauces are important.

Edit: The manager Diane made it right! She replaced our entire purchase *with* extras at zero cost to us. She was so disappointed at what happened and clearly takes criticism seriously! This is a woman who is passionate about what she does and cares deeply for the customer's experience. Thank you so much, you are incredible!

Not quite sure how it's possible to mess up this badly. Yes, it was late at night, but there were only 3 cars in the drive thru. It took us 26 minutes from start to finish. We ordered 2 biggie bags and baconator fries. Not only did it take 26 minutes to get our food, but both of the fries from our biggie bags were missing. Severely disappointing, don't go here if you value your time and money.
