Most the time great service. Went tonight got the McRib and idk what happened I do not its not supposedto look like the photos! All other food was good. I did wait a while at the 3rd window.

When I arrive, an employee was entering their own meal into the register order system. Perfectly understandable. After placing their own order, they walked away without saying a word to me. I then had to wait for another employee to arrive to explain what was going on and then she took my order. It wasn't a long time, and the manager seems competitent and kind, but it left a bad taste for the service experience.
Went in and saw A employee not wearing gloves and serving food up front, same one wearing not an mcdonalds outfit but some skirt that barely covered her thighs, she bent over and flashed the world and wavy hair all hanging out. Was quite disgusting and immediately left.

I would stop going there if I could but since itâs by my house I donât have much of an option. I have given this McDonaldâs SOOO many second chances but it SUCKS every time. The workers are always giving me the stank eye like Iâm inconveniencing them. The amount of people I see standing around during rush is crazy. And majority of the people that work there barely have their hair restrained, just today I saw someone making sandwiches with only one glove on. One of the other customers said they watched a couple workers sit in the back eating their food while at least 7 customers were waiting for their food. The food is already mediocre and terrible service just makes it worse. I would go into more detail but I donât want to call out any specific workers.
