“Best diner I’ve been to since Biff’s in Mooresville in the 80’s. Taylor, our server was the sweetest! Their breaded mushrooms are the best I’ve ever had. Ordered fried pickle app too and I’m glad we only ordered one because it was a massive amount. This place is wonderful.”

“In town for business. Got seated right away as they weren't too busy. Took a few minutes before the waitress came to the table. Ordered food and duck right away. She brought me my drink immediately and the pizza didn't take long either. I ordered the 12" traditional crust pepperoni. Pizza looked good and taste was decent. Could of maybe used another minute or two cooking and definitely needed more pepperoni topping. Amount of cheese and sauce was good, just lacked enough of those round circles of pepperoni. Overall a good experience. Would try again but would be sure to mention about the pepperoni.”

“Cataract Lake Lodge is a cozy, laid-back small town lake lodge owned by a local couple Shawna & Jeff Johnson, and filled with a lot of good, friendly people. Most are regulars, but they always welcome new comers with open arms and a smile. They have pool tables, darts, and friendly conversation.On Friday nights, they have Karaoke with Randy (aka Santa) ?‍?️ til 2am.They also have breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so ya don't have to leave hungry!So if you're looking for something to do, take a road trip out to Cataract Lake, see the beautiful landscape and drop by the lodge. “There was chicken on standby, so there wasn’t the long wait that I had last time. It was fast and still fresh. One of the people working there brought the food out to my vehicle. It was truly a delightful experience and I can’t wait to go back the chicken flavor. It was delicious. Also had some onion rings. They were fresh crisp. Very tasty.”

“Well. This morning I went through the drive thru and ordered two egg mcmuffins an two bagel sandwiches. When I got to work I noticed I got two bagel sandwiches and two English muffins. I immediately called McDonald's and talked to Randy. I told him I paid for two egg mcmuffins and two bagel sandwiches with the round eggs. I said the bill was over 20.00. Randy was very nice and apologized profusely. He said when I come in the next morning to tell the staff that Randy said to replace my order. Later that day. I pulled out my receipt to prepare for my visit and sheepishly I noticed that I paid for two English muffins. Now I'm wondering if I said English muffins. ? Randy. You handled my issue very well, although I was dissapointed I didn't have egg mcmuffins, I can not in good conscience pick up a free meal for this mistake that I'm sure I made because the woman that took my money was just to on the ball for it to be her. “It's unique. There's elements to this place that you won't find anywhere around. The food and service have been great. It's not cheap but it's reasonable for what you get and have available. If you're there on a warm day you need to sit at the rooftop. It's breathtaking.”

“I clumsily spilled my drink in the car as I was leaving the parking lot, making a large mess all over my floorboard. 2 employees saw me cleaning up and came over to help, hosing off my floorboard protector and giving me wipes and napkins. They remade my drink for me as well. Turned my bad day around very quickly! Thank you so much!”

“My girls and I love this place. They have a great selection and are reasonably priced. You might think they're slightly high if you look at the menu alone, but their one scoop seems almost to be a pint of ice cream. They have really friendly service. It's really a cute little ice cream parlor.”

“I love the food at Wally’s. Garlic aioli smash burger is amazing. Diesel fries are good just with there was more fries for an appetizer. Wallychonga is fire. To be honest bar side service is great, never had an issue. Family side is pretty hit or miss. I know the servers are trying but it feels like they forget about that side most of the time and don’t love the pool tables on the family side. Overall I love it.”

“We decided to stop At a local restaurant on our way thru Greencastle. We walked in and this area was coffee and chocolates. The person working this area sat us on the restaurant area. I loved the look of the old red brick. They also had a huge metal clock on the wall. The waitress waited on us pretty quick and the food came out quick. My husband ordered the mushroom soup and didn't care for it he stated it tasted like onion soup. My huge tenderloin was very good. 2 people could have shared this. The homemade chips tasted great also. The did NOT taste like grease. Oh and is you order the strawberry dessert pizza share it. I really like the crust Will go back if in the area”

“This small town offers many choices for pizza....there is a university after all. Monica's offers a veggie pizza I really like at a decent price so it is my "go to". Clean and friendly. Honestly I only have had pizza so unable to rate other offerings.Parking: Stripmall parking. Occasional curb cuts.Kid-friendliness: Highchairs and kids present to use them. No games or toys.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors require pushing to open but wide aisle and open tables. No carpeting. (Can't speak to bathrooms.)”

The cup of joe was good, the donuts were a little picked over for being 9:45am, but still got a dozen. The donuts were priced great, and the donuts were good. Also, got a few cakes in a cup, will try those later this evening. Definitely stop in if in the area.”

“I thought the food was excellent, but the portions were much smaller than other establishments. When we arrived, they appeared to be under- staffed, but as soon as the line grew people appeared out of nowhere and we got our food very quickly - hot and fresh.”

I don't think I have major expectations for a *$ sandwich, but this had like one thin piece of bacon. Either jack the prices up (which everyone has) or lower the quality of the food (which apparently is happening in the case of their sandwiches) but don't do both. Coffee was fine and the staff were great as usual.”
