the food was amazing and the cashier was coolest ever, i will def come back again over and over just because of the cashier , cool dude made my sandwich and also served me as cashier quick and reliable i cant wait to go back and say heeeey

Pulled in yesterday to get a quick sandwich before work … sit in the drive thru for a few minutes only to be told they were preparing a large party’s sandwiches. I asked if it would be possible for them to make mine at their earliest convenience to which she said we must complete these before working on yours? Idk seems to me you can squeeze another customer in to make one sandwich but maybe not . Idk ?♂️

Second time now I've ordered online to try skip wait and give workers time. And I come to get my order and get one worker sitting hanging out in lobby with people while one be hind counter, with 3 more tickets on table of orders. And when I ask about order I'm told we just got it well work on it. As I sit there and watch them make multiple people's order that walk in after me instead starting mine since I'm standing right there and clearly have ordered mine before these people.

i am not sure what is up with this franchise. i have had several bad experiences here. apparently, i am a glutton for punishment. tonight, i went through drive, sat for 5 minutes while someone filled the ice for the soda machine. they looked at me at least twice while i sat there. i then saw the second person come out from the back as a customer walked in the store. i was more than disappointed when she started taking his order. from poorly made sandwiches and people not being able to give refunds for overcharging, i don't understand how they stay open. i have spent my last dollar there. hopefully for them, you will have a better experience
