I ordered online and it said my order would be ready at 6:05 p.m. when I arrived the inside of the restaurant was closed so I had to go through the drive-thru. I got my order at 6:35 p.m. and the food was cold

I'm sorry but this location was the worst arbys I've ever had. My French dip was barely cut in the bread and the smallest amount of meat was put in it. The auju was literally see through and tasted like water. If I would have opened my sandwich before leaving I would have taken it back. Do better.

The $12 meal I ordered today was uneatable. The chicken sandwich was like rubber , the fries were cold and the soda was flat.
