“Placed a delivery order with Papa John directly on 10/2. Shortly after the order was placed, was notified it was on the way via Door Dash. There was no way the order was ready that quickly. Dasher shows up and said that she verified this was my order and "they" confirmed it was mine, they must have put the wings orders in one box. She handed it to me and left. I looked at the label on the boxes and it was NOT my order at all. Wrong address, name, phone number! I managed to get a message to the Door Dash girl (again, I did not place my order through DD) to let her know and then called the store. The manager said I have your order in my hand and I only have one driver, as soon as he gets back, I'll send it to you. Could be 10 minutes, could be 30 minutes. Additionally, I reminded her to make sure the extras I ordered and paid for were delivered as well. Hopefully the other guy got his piping hot order! Mine was cold and wasted. An HOUR later, cold cheesebread, lukewarm wings, no extra sauce we're delivered. The driver says, "I heard you got the wrong order, here." To which I replied it is all cold and useless now. Called the store AGAIN and the manager answered. Told her it was cold and I am done with them.”

“I did drive through and ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel with chipotle sauce last week. It was absolutely delicious! The bagel was large and warm. The sausage patty had good flavor and the chipotle sauce was really good!
Then this morning I did drive through again, but this time I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with the garlic Parmesan sauce. Again, it was delicious! The bagel was warm, the bacon was perfectly cooked, and the garlic Parmesan sauce was wonderful! I really can’t say which sandwich I liked the best because both were so good! My one suggestion would be to double the egg in the bagel sandwiches for a more substantial egg layer. The service was very friendly, efficient, and helpful! Although the prices are not cheap, the size and the quality of the food is worth it. I will definitely be a returning customer!”

“My first time here on 2-24-25. Loved it. The place is so chill and relaxing. The two baristas working were very friendly and helpful. I was asking for an unknown coffee to them - a Café con leche, which is a Spanish expresso with steamed milk. They made it perfectly and the price was right. I’m sitting here now typing this and am so comfortable and relaxed that I don’t want to leave……😊. Come check them out. You won’t be disappointed. I’m from Fort Wayne but will be stopping in whenever I’m back n Columbia City, which is frequently. I can’t believe I haven’t stopped in previously.”

“Honestly my favorite fast food place in town. I usually go through the drive-thru during breakfast, and the staff is noticeably friendlier than other places. Would definitely recommend them for a good quick breakfast”

“I ordered 7 drinks and food to be picked up at 845ish. I came a little early, prepared to wait a little bit and I only had to wait a few seconds for the last 2 drinks. One of the ladies working helped me with the door and another grabbed one of the cup carriers I had because I almost dumped one of my drinks. She politely carried it to my car. I should of got their names. Very impressed with my visit today !!!!! I love columbia city star bucks !!! Thank u ladies !”

“I was just there today and the people working, 2 employees, were so helpful and so nice! The service was quick, the good was delicious, and prepared nicely. Nice and fresh! I went to my car to wait and the employee was so nice to bring my pizzas out to me. Love the customer service here! The person taking my order was so nice and smiling and it made me smile, good vibes here today! He even tried to help me a custom pineapple pizza in a small size (which wasn't successful but I appreciated the gesture and help!) Go get you some Little Caesars pizza!”
