“Never been too this location as long as Ive lived in Indiana. But it's huge, the food was good. They were out of a lot of soda but that's ok they had root beer so I wasn't too mad. Only thing that wasn't enjoyable was it was really cold inside.“

The service was GREAT (as always) and the food was REALLY good (I had chicken fries for the first time and they were SOOO good)! “Placed a delivery order with Papa John directly on 10/2. Shortly after the order was placed, was notified it was on the way via Door Dash. There was no way the order was ready that quickly. Dasher shows up and said that she verified this was my order and "they" confirmed it was mine, they must have put the wings orders in one box. She handed it to me and left. I looked at the label on the boxes and it was NOT my order at all. Wrong address, name, phone number! I managed to get a message to the Door Dash girl (again, I did not place my order through DD) to let her know and then called the store. The manager said I have your order in my hand and I only have one driver, as soon as he gets back, I'll send it to you. Could be 10 minutes, could be 30 minutes. Additionally, I reminded her to make sure the extras I ordered and paid for were delivered as well. Hopefully the other guy got his piping hot order! Mine was cold and wasted. An HOUR later, cold cheesebread, lukewarm wings, no extra sauce we're delivered. The driver says, "I heard you got the wrong order, here." To which I replied it is all cold and useless now. Called the store AGAIN and the manager answered. Told her it was cold and I am done with them.“

“Excellent food, friendly staff. I'm only taking a star off because I sat at the drive thru window for several minutes watching them prep drinks and take orders while waiting to pay and then waited another 10 or so minutes for my food. Once I got my food it was fresh and delicious. This was about 30 minutes before closing on a Friday night.

Dietary restrictions: I have found that every Culver's I eat at is very accommodating to my food sensitivities. In fact, they give me a discount for having them remove all of the toppings from the chicken sandwich! And it's one of the few places where the grilled chicken isn't seasoned with things I'm intolerant to but still is juicy and yummy.“

“I used the app for the first time today. This place does pretty good on the food prep, but this is like the first time in forever their service did not suck. The order was exactly correct, for the first time in forever. I didn't have someone on the other end of the order speaker clearly aggravated at the size of my order. They happily asked if I would like a receipt, and provided it in good cheer. The assumption I'm going to make is that they have one level of service for app users and a different crappy level for everyone else. This feeling I have from this experience is why they gained a star for this trip, but they will not receive another until I have a level of confidence in them actually improving.“

“Jimmy John's is outstanding! Service at this Columbia City location is a class act! My favorite sandwich is the #10 Hunters Club sandwich. It is a double portion of roast beef, provolone cheese, tomato, lettuce and mayo. (Do yourself a favor and have them add some black pepper.)A little known fact is that they have day old bread, which is great, available for $0.50 a piece. What a great deal!“
