“Always a good sandwich at Subway, and this store was no exception, although they could use a drive thru window. They made our BMT just like we like it. (What did you expect?) Good service, good PPE practices at the counter and by the staff. One customer had it backwards though--she wore her mask into the store, and took it off to stand in line! Some folks just don't get it.“
“Very clean and quick service. The restroom, dining room and drink counter were spotless. Very well maintained for an older building. The drive thru was busy, so I went inside to order. The kitchen also looked clean and orderly. The only thing I’d suggest is better lighting in the kitchen for the employees because it looked darker than the rest of the building.“
“They were out of ground beef and waiting for the truck. The girl taking orders had a shake voice, you could tell she wasn't being talked to like a person by customers that were angry about some ground beef. She replaced my ground beef with steak and it was SO YUMMY. I hope all the employees working today have a good night and get tomorrow off! Give those people a raise!“
“I ordered the new grilled chicken and it was very good, but the fries were very pale and not cooked long enough. The store was clean this time, the last time we were there all the tables were dirty and the restroom wasn't very clean oh, so it looks like they've improved. The ice cream products there are very , very good. Very very expensive though so we don't go there very often unless it's happy hour. But all in all good place to eat and has improved since the last time I was there.“
“Ordered 2 sausage egg & cheese breakfast sandwiches.Store was clean, people were friendly & sandwiches were hot, tasted good & I was highly impressed with the bread quality on the breakfast sandwich.I go to MCD's about 3 times a yr.This was a pleasant trip to MCD's while driving to bike the Heritage Trail in northern Indiana.“
“The place is huge! They have lots of signage you don’t see in other places. Upon entering I was greeted very welcoming by sherry! Let me tell you this lady should be the standard for customer service! She made my sandwich, offered to toast the veggies add the sauce before roasting. I’ve been to a number of subways and have never been treated so kindly and offered any of these things. Great experience!“
“This place has delicious nachos delicious burritos and small bowls for keto and people on special diets some of their meats are made fresh to order steak and chorizo as well as some of their veggies! so if you're looking for something tasty for lunch/Dinner that is different and refreshing I would definitely recommend this place!!“
“Went to order a pizza online for pickup and they were trying to charge me for a delivery fee. I told the lady who was working and she said just place the order and she would fix it. It ended up not charging me the delivery on her end so it was weird but she was super friendly and got my pizza quickly.“
