“This was my first time ever at a Culver’s since we don’t have them in NJ. I didn’t realize you have to pull up to a designated spot so they bring out your food and the spots are not marked, so I ended up driving all the way around. The employee was very nice, asked if I forgot to order anything and I explained my confusion.

The food was worth it, tasty butterburger and delicious root beer float. The cheese curds are like small mozzarella sticks. I hope they bring this franchise to NJ!“

“Today (8/27/20) we had an incident in the parking lot, where an irresponsible driver decided to not follow vehicular laws and nearly ran over my 5 year old, myself, and my 1.5 year old who was in my arms, and I’m 6 months pregnant. Since I was unable to catch the persons license plate and I was a bit frazzled, when I went inside and asked to see a manager everyone was really sweet and understanding, Erin, the manager, really helped make me feel like something was being done about the issue. Thank you Erin, your customer service is amazing, I appreciate it.“

“My feet stuck to the floor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were stocked and dirty (but not terrible), and filled with loud country western music. Order was completed in 4 minutes.

“The good was decent, except the biscuits, they were like rocks. The server at the windows was just concerned with flirting, very unprofessional. We waited at the speaker for about 3 minutes, the whole time she was flirting with some guy while we had to listen.“

“I was going to go one star for the issues I had, but the female manager resolved everything so kindly & with so much positivity! I order a lot of sauces not to be greedy, but because I have a lot of kids who love Taco Bell & one burrito they drench in st least 5-7 packets! Trust me if I order 20 sauce packets they are GONNNNNNNE. We have a really large family & our gas was out most of this week due to a leak emergency so we had to order out more than I like. Everything is back on now though. I had two orders where no one added the sauces. She made sure they got them in on the third order! Thank you for making sure to fix the issue!!!! We appreciate it!!!“

“I would give 3 out of 5 stars. Most of the employees I have dealt with have been nice enough, and tonight the food tastes really good. And they fixed it when I told them I only had 2 out of 3 kids meals (they put the other burger and fry in the regular bag but kiddo would've been upset thinking they didn't get a kids meal like the other two did, but still made up most of a kids meal). Now for the not so great... when I was ordering the kids meal, I said I wanted the cheeseburgers ketchup only. Girl taking my order says that they only come with ketchup, but when we got home, it also had onion and pickles. Kiddos weren't happy, but they can pick that stuff off. The part they, and us, are most upset about is that 2 of our 3 kids meals didn't come with a toy like they were supposed to. And I didn't realize it until I was already home. So again, I have upset kids because only one got a toy like they were supposed to..“
