“This was my first time ever at a Culver’s since we don’t have them in NJ. I didn’t realize you have to pull up to a designated spot so they bring out your food and the spots are not marked, so I ended up driving all the way around. The employee was very nice, asked if I forgot to order anything and I explained my confusion.

The food was worth it, tasty butterburger and delicious root beer float. The cheese curds are like small mozzarella sticks. I hope they bring this franchise to NJ!“

“I went through the drive thru 30 minutes until closing, on a Wednesday. My cashier was Heather and she was very quick and helpful! I wasn't sure what I wanted, and her suggestion was perfect! My food was hot and delicious! Thanks night crew! Y'all are rocking it!“

“Today (8/27/20) we had an incident in the parking lot, where an irresponsible driver decided to not follow vehicular laws and nearly ran over my 5 year old, myself, and my 1.5 year old who was in my arms, and I’m 6 months pregnant. Since I was unable to catch the persons license plate and I was a bit frazzled, when I went inside and asked to see a manager everyone was really sweet and understanding, Erin, the manager, really helped make me feel like something was being done about the issue. Thank you Erin, your customer service is amazing, I appreciate it.“

“My feet stuck to the floor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were stocked and dirty (but not terrible), and filled with loud country western music. Order was completed in 4 minutes.

“Went in this last Friday to get my pickup order I had called in. Soon as I walked In I seen a guy with tattoos all over his arms wipe BBQ off a ready to bake pizza with no gloves on… then licked his two fingers, the one finger went all the way in his mouth, and licked another part of his hand, the dug his hand into the meat and continued making coustomers pizzas. Disgusting! Absolutely disgusting… not a single person at this place had a pair of gloves on… sad…sad…sad… this was the Goshen location by the way right down town ..310 north Main Street.“

“The question should really be “what do I NOT recommend” cuz it’s an easier answer…nothing!!! The staff is friendly and attentive, the newly renovated interior is so inviting! And Liz and her team did a GREAT job decorating for the season, AND Santa came!!!“

“I was going to go one star for the issues I had, but the female manager resolved everything so kindly & with so much positivity! I order a lot of sauces not to be greedy, but because I have a lot of kids who love Taco Bell & one burrito they drench in st least 5-7 packets! Trust me if I order 20 sauce packets they are GONNNNNNNE. We have a really large family & our gas was out most of this week due to a leak emergency so we had to order out more than I like. Everything is back on now though. I had two orders where no one added the sauces. She made sure they got them in on the third order! Thank you for making sure to fix the issue!!!! “The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“
