“Went through the drive around 11am with the wife and got food. We received everything from the order except the pint of ice cream. Our fault, we realized 3/4 of the way home. We live more than 20 minutes away.

I had to get ready for work and didn't have time to stop back in until after work around nine.

I spoke with a gentleman, I believe one of the managers on duty named Mario- I hope that's his name, I want to give him proper credit. He made sure the situation was handled properly. He handled it with grace and professionalism beyond his years.

Generally you get some apathetic or aloof teenager, not him. He was friendly and served with a smile and was great overall. I love this location. The staff always goes above and beyond. They're great.”

We stopped in as part of a bar crawl for our 15-year high school reunion, and we had a blast listening to the live music, playing darts, watching the football game, and catching up with fellow classmates. “Today (8/27/20) we had an incident in the parking lot, where an irresponsible driver decided to not follow vehicular laws and nearly ran over my 5 year old, myself, and my 1.5 year old who was in my arms, and I’m 6 months pregnant. Since I was unable to catch the persons license plate and I was a bit frazzled, when I went inside and asked to see a manager everyone was really sweet and understanding, Erin, the manager, really helped make me feel like something was being done about the issue. Thank you Erin, your customer service is amazing, I appreciate it.”

“My FAVORITE Chinese spot in goshen. It's the furthest one from my house but I always choose this one because the meat isn't dry and tastes fresh. I eat small portions so I loke something that re heats well. I've tried re heating it from other places and the chicken isn't edible anymore. This place though, I have DAY 3 LEFTOVERS and they are still delicious. The rice is so fluffy and yummy. The flavors are so good. I think ive been frequenting this place dang near 3x a week.”

Our waitress, (I think she said she was called Crazy, she had really neat rainbow colored hair) was Johnny on spot and even had stickers for me kids and kept them laughing and they thought she was really funny. She helped me pick a margarita which was really good. The food was hot and pretty good. We ordered a variety plate and I had leftovers. We had a really nice time.”

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.”

“Rudest bartender I've ever met. Dana called last call at 9:45pm on Friday. At 10:20 she walked through the bar and said you have 5 minutes to finish your drinks. She came back at 10:25 and tried to take everyone's glasses. Half our table wasn't finished yet and she became complacent when we would not give her our glasses. She told us we were no longer welcome at this BDubs location. Our server then came back to our table and said they don't close till 11:00 so if you would like to stay and finish your cocktails I would gladly wash your cups.”

“I would give 3 out of 5 stars. Most of the employees I have dealt with have been nice enough, and tonight the food tastes really good. And they fixed it when I told them I only had 2 out of 3 kids meals (they put the other burger and fry in the regular bag but kiddo would've been upset thinking they didn't get a kids meal like the other two did, but still made up most of a kids meal). Now for the not so great... when I was ordering the kids meal, I said I wanted the cheeseburgers ketchup only. Girl taking my order says that they only come with ketchup, but when we got home, it also had onion and pickles. Kiddos weren't happy, but they can pick that stuff off. The part they, and us, are most upset about is that 2 of our 3 kids meals didn't come with a toy like they were supposed to. And I didn't realize it until I was already home. So again, I have upset kids because only one got a toy like they were supposed to..”

A solid selection of beer that updates occasionally, plus great bartenders like Molly and Spencer who mix excellent drinks. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.”

“My little Goshen keeps surprising me with little jewels like this one popping up. Nova has been around a few months, but I am sure it is becoming a Goshenite's favorite very soon.
A great location in downtown Goshen, soft atmosphere, excellent service and exquisite food - from sandwiches to the mussels in a yummy sauce, and professionally prepared drinks, you will not be disappointed. Service was fast considering the amazing food that came out. This would be a good place for a date, a celebration or just a catching up time with friends. The place is small, yet it is easy to talk. Not a lot of privacy, but tables are distant enough that you can enjoy a nice talk without other conversations getting in the way.
It is a family owned restaurant, and you will notice that in the service and the pride they take in each plate. I recommend Nova 100% and give it my 5.0 rating. I look forward to being back soon!

I've had birria at many places in many different states (including 🇲🇽). Birria 449 us above and beyond the best I've had! The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful! It was clean and well kept. The atmosphere was great. Great traditional Mexican music in the background. If you're looking for something that is flavorful and spectacular this is the place to go! The prices are beyond reasonable. It is family owned and operated. They are hard working and a pleasure to deal with. This might be my first 5 🌟 am the way around!”
