“Ordered a family meal online with 2 extra items. I arrived at the expected ready time as stated in my email.I was promptly acknowledged by the employee. She took my name to locate the order, or so I thought.Actually, what was happening was that she was just now staring to put the order together. Oh well, not too big of a deal. Then there will be a 4 min. Wait for an item, again, not that big of deal. She then uses the next 4 mins to clean, which is great use of her time I recognize this but when the chef puts the food up and shoots it is ready, it is now time to stop your secondary task and go back to helping your costumer. Needles to say about 8 or 9 mins in, I politely asked another worker to finish my order. They do everything is fine, and I am able to go home to feed my family. All the food was great but come on people let's do a little better with our service skills please. I know it may be petty, but it is simple things like that I remember the next time I'm looking to order food for my family.
