We were so happy to have KFC in Goshen, since they left Elkhart.
We went last night, got the 12pc. Family Pack. The gentleman came out and said the biscuits would be 6 minutes longer, would we like something else or wait? We said dessert. We were given chocolate cake. We were very pleased.

Unfortunately every single time I've tried to order a chicken sandwich this month (3 times) it was replaced with 2 chicken strips between the buns instead, they are not equivalent and I'm super unhappy with that.
Haven't been to KFC in a while and now I remember why.
The Good:
The order was ready for pick up in less than 15 min.The cole slaw was fresh, crispy, crunchy, cream and refreshing; much better than the few times over the last couple of years that I've had it. The biscuits were fresh, warm, fluffy and yummy! Although the parking lot isn't the easiest to get in & out of, the pick up process was easy & straight forward.
