“I’ve only had a few minor issues here, NEVER gotten sick from their food but have gotten the wrong crust a few times. The staff seems extremely nice every time I am in there except for one lady who I believe is a manager. She is always rude and gets mad if you don’t tip on a pick up order. (Older lady with dark short hair) Very unprofessional I don’t see how she is a manager at all I guarantee people quit because of her. I would give five starts if I didn’t have TWO encounters with her that were both unpleasant but other than that everyone else is amazing. The food is good.“
“I have ordered from our local Papa John's for years. Had an early and light supper. Was craving pizza and PJ is close for pickup. Since delivery costs went up we prefer to order and pick up. Saves money and by arriving on time thanks to the baking tracker, we get it hot and fresh. Tried the chicken buffalo papadias. A nice combination of Papa dough and chicken spice. I will order it again. Papa John's is not high end and we do not expect that level of flavor. It hits right in the middle, above Cici's, Little Caesars, Dominos, on par with Pizza Hut but less salty, and under the high end Gerace, Enzo, Milana. Great value with coupons and pizza points for free food.“
