Shout out to Lily! She was super helpful, friendly and went beyond. Lily got my pick up order ready quickly and was so accommodating! Plus the bagels looked more delicious today than they have the past few weeks. Thanks for helping me avoid a small crisis this morning!
They got a good playlist that always plays when i eat here which is very often. I could eat panera every day if i could. One thing id mention is that sometimes when i order my ush which is the toasted frontega the chicken tastes.. raw? It looks undercooked which it prolly isnt but i wish they cooked the chicken a little longer. Its like when i eat it its squeaky and i dont like that. And itd probably add more flavor if it was grilled and not just boiled.
