The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better...read full review
Dining room was closed for renovation but the drive thru was a tasty substitute. Food and drinks were exceptionally delicious. Whoever was working February 28,2022 around 6:30 pm at the Goshen,Indiana location you guys did an amazing job!! 😋
it's hard to say because of covid..drive thru only. one car at a time. they order, pay then get their order, then they take the next car...took forever..sat in line for almost 50 minutes 🤨
